I and wife dropped by the Bell rd store in Glendale on a Sunday afternoon and orderd a couple of Italian subs. There was a bit of a line but the staff was on task and handled the orders well. I was impressed with their efficiency and the sandwiches were great! I will be back again!!
Waited for 15 minutes for them to take my order, they told me that they were completing a few online orders. After a while of waiting and seeing how they took 5 minutes per sub I walked out! I suggest you get better at your service! Never coming to this location again!
Waited for 10 minutes with no one else in line and two workers and was never asked what I wanted or even a “I’ll be with you shortly” so I left since apparently your workers cannot provide food or customer service
Ordered online, food was ready pretty much the second I was walking in the door. Everything in the bag and tasted great.
I’m not sure if it’s because I was an African American and the employee was not fond of my skin color but this employee named Roger has an unwarranted attitude while making my order. The employee named Roger was very inappropriate im the manner in which he spoke to me. As someone who LOVE’s subway and a repeat customer i should not have been spoken to the way I did. The employee named Roger argued with me over reaching over another persons sandwich and snarled at me. I am disgusted by this recent hire of this individual and I hope subway does not retain this pist-poor attitude at their amazing establishment.

They're really good there if you tell them what you want you get exactly what you want I've been to other ones but this one's really good A+
The worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever! My girlfriend, my daughter and I went to this location to get sandwiches for a picnic. It was Sunday afternoon and there were no other customers in the store. We told them we had several sandwiches to order. The employees got very agitated, asked how many sandwiches. I said maybe 5 or 6. Both employees threw a little fit, one threatened to walk out. Then they got very rude and aggressive. They started interrupting and trying to rush us while we were reading the order to them. We ended up getting 7- 6 inch sandwiches. 2were completely made wrong. And the sloppiest made subs ever. Just because we ordered 7 sandwiches. If your employees can't handle 7 sandwiches on a Sunday afternoon without being extremely rude, then plz find new ones. I have my receipt for reference.
I went there today after the gym to get a tuna sub and the lady with the lip piercing folded my sandwich without gloves on I didn’t wanna say nothing because she would probably start something and then I got home and ate it and turns out I have food poisoning bad and I’m on a diet so that’s the only thing I ate today, never will go there again. SUBWAY STOP HIRING GETTO RATCHET BITCHES?
