Had a coupon for a $5.99 any footlong sandwich. I proceeded to order the Bacon Chicken Ranch Sandwich. When completed, it looked great with all the fresh looking toppings but when it was time to pay, I was told by the female employee that I would be charged extra for the bacon. I read the coupon to her and it stated that add-ons would be an extra charge. When i reminded her that bacon was literally in the name of the sandwich and was the key ingredient, she said "Nope, bacon is extra.". So I left that delicious looking sandwich behind and went to another location. Also on a day that the weather topped 112°, she proceeded to display her lack of empathy by refusing a lady of ice water, which is against the law in the state of Arizona. Extremely disappointed in this shameful experience and I will never patronage this location again.

Don't eat there, the owner (short lady) was so rude to her employee. I was just there and she was raising her voice and talking down to her infront of me and other customers. She took my order with her rude tone and still looked mad just cuz I was there. If I could take stars away from this place I would.
