Undoubtedly the slowest location I have ever been to, have made three attempts to go here and all have been 30+ minute waits even when there were only 6 cars in the drive through…….this crew is trash and needs more training
The drive thru line was nuts. So we walked in, service was prompt and quick. Pricey like all starbuck, had some good lattes though.
Such a clean and beautiful location! Very friendly people and perfectly made drinks.
The girl with the grey long sleeve and septum taking orders was soo rude. She spent the first five minutes talking to her coworker then told us she would help us in a second and then proceeded to take a phone call. After that she went back to talk to her coworker and by the time she was done chatting it up there was like 6 other customers in line waiting. She rushed to take our order and didn’t receive any apology for the wait, instead a bad attitude.
This location is terrible, avoid it if you can. I have attended this location 3 times. Each time has taken approximately 20 minutes of sitting in the drive through with 2 children. Each time I ordered the same thing.. ONE CAKE POP. The average amount of cars in front of me each time was 2.Slow and terrible service. AVOID THIS ONE
The location of this Starbucks is close to Westgate Entertainment District. The drive thru is super speedy. My only negative on this visit was they were out of matcha for my beverage. It's a good thing there are several options.
I have had good experiences at this location, but recently had awful customer service. I found a hair in my drink and upon going in to get it remade, received no apology. The manager seemed very rude from the start. Not the best location.
It makes no sense that you place a mobile order but still all the doors are locked. The drive-through line is so long by the time you get your drinks they are watered down. I have been to the Starbucks on 99th and Camelback also the one on 75th and Thomas and both of them have it together. Not this one. Avoid unless you want to wait and wait to get watered down drinks.
Crazy busy, drive-thru was single lane backed up all the way out of lot.. waited in line for upwards of 20+ minutes before deciding to get out, park and go in to order. Bless the girls inside for doing their best
This was the first time I visited the new Starbucks at 91st Ave& Glendale. It's a big place with gracious baristas comfortable seating, and attractive art.I'm into the iced pistachio soy decaf latte lately. Sure wish it was sugar free though!This location also has a large covered patio area. I'll bring a book next time and relax for a while ?
