Best Starbucks besides 40th and Greenway ofc! Customer services amazing and greatest taste of their drinks today and food! I was very happy after my appointment to receive a delicious drink! <3 definitely recommend this Starbucks! Amazing serious <3
This is my favorite place to come after I get off work and wait for the bus! I love the Caramel Frappuccino, but recently I've been addicted to this delightful matcha lemonade with a shot of peppermint syrup! (Hint: the matcha lemonade with peppermint works GREAT on treating a migraine!)
My experience here was ok. There was an issue with their POS system where we had to pay cash. I received the wrong drink, but the people were nice.
Horrible service at this location! Asked for my drink to be shaken with ice but no ice in the cup. Yet still had a cup full of ice. This is an 8 dollar drink Starbucks! I've done this many times at other locations and never had this issue. This location needs to do better!
Amazing service I had to wait a bit for my coffee but that didn't bother me I have never had a bad drink there but I would recommend an iced Carmel macchiato.

Staff is always friendly but when you charge people $4-$5 for a cup of hot coffee make sure it's hot please!!
I enjoyed coming to this location until today. I placed a mobile order for an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. I could only taste the oatmilk in the drink and it looked lighter than usual. I went back so I could have my drink remade and when I was helped by Andrew it went downhill from there. As I was explaining to him that I couldn't taste any of the ingredients besides the oatmilk he asked me "you can't taste anything?" I replied "no" and then he tells me well thats a sign of covid. I was so shocked and furious by what he said that I didn't say anything. I could have said so much but I kept it professional and decided to handle it a different way. My drink was remade as you can see in the picture there is a huge difference. I didn't enjoy my drink either way because I was so upset and will not return to this place ever and will also let others know not to go here either.
Been going to this location for year's. The drive through line can be long but it moves quickly. Always super friendly!
Started my morning with a long list of errands and the first place I stopped at was here. Just getting home and seen this in my cup. There's no way this roach made its way into my cup while I was driving. I am beyond disgusted at this moment.
