Closed with no sign on drive- thru screen. Only on drive-thru window. Waited for 6 mins before pulling forward to see it.
No seating … stand at the door to get mobile orders. Hope this is just temporary thing … or go to 67th where they are fully open
I visit this Starbucks 4-10x a week as live nearby. The staff (especially Jocelyn) is Super friendly and quickly remembers locals/ repeat customers by name and their drinks.I go early on the weekends and mingle with other locals and their dog(s) that everyone pets, plays with and even sometimes feeds.. We talk local stuff, sports, cars, etc.The mid day and evening crowd can be more quieter with laptops out and working or just relaxing catching up with others in person or over the phone.Drive thru can be stacked up which can cause parking to be tricky. But park to the side or closer to BKs for ease.5 stars; A+ as best Starbucks out of over150+ over 5 countries I’ve visited.
I'm a regular here and this morning made me never want to come back. I drove up to pick up my order and the older man sitting down outside of Starbucks with an employee had two large dogs running around the parking lot off leash, no collars. They ran up to me (I have 4 dogs, I love dogs and work with dogs) and I honestly didn't know how to respond. If I should be scared or not. They were clearly this person's dogs and the employee started laughing and thinking this was ok. It's NOT! It's ILLEGAL to have your dog's running off leash in a none fenced in area. It's horrible for customers to come up to this location and be met with large dogs running at them and the employees allowing this. I called the police. I hope they showed up. BUT THIS IS NOT OK!
With about 30 cars in line, they could not open drive through until shift leader came to work. Apparently she overslept.
Just left this Starbucks and the woman taking my order was so rude. I rarely get Starbucks drinks just because i work from home. However I thought I would treat myself and boy was that a mistake. Apparently they don’t have Apple products (drizzle and syrup) after a certain date. Somehow I am suppose to know this being a consumer. My apologies, it wasn’t posted on your website because I looked up my drink beforehand and the ingredients were still available. It doesn’t bother me that the apple drizzle wasn’t available. What bothered me is how little miss decided to convey that the apple products weren’t available. It’s 9:30 in the morning on a Friday… why are you being so rude to customers?!!! That is 80% of your job. Customer service and I’m sorry ma’am but you failed at it. I will never go to this Starbucks again because of this customer service.
