The people were great the owners of this place are not
The worker Sydney working today seems to hate her job and is always slamming equipment around and constantly distracted by the frys workers walking by. If she paid more attention to her job and possibly enjoyed working in the field the customers would have a better experience and this location would have better reviews. The coffee quality is still the same but you don’t get the excited chipper experience as you would at other locations. If I didn’t have a gift card I would’ve never gone here.
The two ladies that were there today are extremely rude!!! Very disappointing. I don't understand why there is so many reviews regarding these ladies and nothing has been done. On top of that I ask for cameral drizzle this what I got!
I go to shopping at Frys a few times a week. Usually on Saturdays I like to treat myself. Every single time I go there are 3 girls that work there in particular that are incredibly rude and put out whenever anyone walks up. The tall blonde girl is the probably the rudest and put out. Please get people working there that enjoy their job. I understand that there are also rude customers but try and be nice to the ones that try to be pleasant instead of acting put out by every single customer that walks up.
The girl working on august 16,2021 at 7:00pm is RUDE! She was so mad we ordered our two drinks an hour before closing she completely ruined our drinks on purpose and we killed her with kindness the entire time. We were so nice saying thank you and she just had attitude. Every employee knows how to make a Carmel Frappuccino yet this tasted like melted icy water. She also turned off all the lights as soon as we walked away? Even though she had an hour left of being open. This was the closest Starbucks to me and I guess from now on I’ll be going to Dunkin
The tall big blonde girl working on aug 16 was so ignorant and rude. These drinks are expensive the workers should have the respect to at least try to make them good. This is the second time the workers have had attitude and has purposefully ruined my drink and I’m so nice to them. My drink was so incredibly disgusting you know it was done on purpose.DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION go to small town coffee down the street. Where they care about the customers and want to work there.
Sydney was on her phone the entire time I was ordering.Drinks were normal, poor service
The lady who works there today april 11 was sick and she coughed and she didnt give us good service. She gave us a raw food and she wouldnt give us a refund. The treat was raw and cold and old. She was rude
