They did not make me feel welcomed. I paid way too much money for the food that I received. The quality of the food was low grade and personally disappointing. I had to ask to speak to a manager to have my food re made. Only to get home and the chili tater tots taste like a box of salt. There was barely any chilli or cheese on the tots. A medium French fry which cost me almost $4 dollars had the amount of less than a small fry for McDonald's. The only thing that I enjoyed were the drinks. But even that wasn't as described on the menu a slushy was really juice with a little bit of ice.
Absolutely horrible service. My mother walked up and pressed the call button. 15 minutes of waiting only to be ignored by staff until she final asked for service. Was told the button was broken and to use a car pull up. So she did and the same thing. It took 40 MINUTES for her to get any service this is completely Unacceptable. And when Attempting to call and speak to a manager the call would instantly hang up.
The staff was super nice but the food was just awful everything was pretty stale or burnt and the first time I went to this one my Buffalo chicken tasted like cardboard with old seasoning... so I'm disappointed in the food
Honestly really really don't like this Sonic specifically. I can never order from there on the app if I'm at home, I have to go down the street to literally anywhere else to mobile pay otherwise it declines any debit card I try to use. They always get something wrong with my order, most of the time they just forget to put the bacon on whatever bacon burger I order, unless it's not for me, for example if I order you a toaster bacon cheeseburger and get myself the same thing, they will put the bacon on one but not the other. It's highly annoying. They also are always on the slow side even if they aren't busy. There are better locations that I prefer to go to even though they are well out of my way instead of being just down the street.
From a Sonic lover and I’ve frequent Sonic location in different states…. This is by far the worst one.The fries tasted like they were fried in old grease and VERY salty!Don’t let this location ruin your want for Sonic because they’re not all like this. I highly recommend not stopping at this location for food. You’ll be disappointed and mad that you spent your money.
4 years ago this places food actually was decent and actually good, however this past year the quality fell so much that eating any of the chicken menu items causes massive sickness. Drink menu items are okay.
Sonic happy hour after hiking! Our drinks were brought out and I realized they were not ours. The car hop quickly took them back and came back with our corrected order quickly.The drinks were correct and delicious.
I never learn I guess, burgers are always cold, so cold that the cheese never melts. Nice to have fresh cold lettuce and tomato but a burger is best when hot. This location is the only one that has this problem so paying $20 for a couple buger combos is not great.
First, the guy over the speaker was mumbling and I couldn't hear him. After trying different speakers, including the patio one, a lady informed us that we needed to use the drive thru. Then, my order was completely incorrect. Not going back
The worst place to eat, I order my food and 30 minutes later I call them back and they ask me if they can help me, I than told them I’ve been waiting for my order for 30 minutes and than they ask me what I order. To top it off they bring me my order 15 minutes later and it was wrong . Last time I come here but customer service
