I had went to sonic's the other day and I had one of the red of the red bull Strawberry mango or whatever slush I opened the lid to eat some of it by that time I was already halfway done I found that there was some kind of mold or mildew in the ice they need to clean the machine's a lot better and I am very unhappy and disgusted
The customer service is not up to par I was sitting in drive-thru for 5 minutes and no one answered the drive-thru speaker so I had to pull up and talk to someone personally on top of everything else trying to pick up an order for Uber Eats I have been sitting here for almost 10 minutes just to get a replacement of an order for a customer the management and my personal opinion is too young to be a manager at the store to be operating at the pace that this location needs to be operating I've been a store manager and I've been in customer service for over 10 plus years this location is unacceptable whenever it comes to speed accuracy customer satisfaction customer service and management
This is one of the best places to go for Good vibes and good food is all super delicious and their food comes out piping hot
Love the French toast and coffee the best. The service was fast and a big greeting good eye contact great.
The servicer was friendly. Burger ok. Fries lukewarm but last time they were cold. Quuck easy service.
This Sonic was wonderful and the staff were so friendly and helpful I had to tip them- food was bomb as usual?
After attempting to order my food on the app, I kept getting errors. So I drove there and read my order from the app to ensure I got it right. After receiving my food, i noticed was missing items. I was missing the kids drink, fries, and tots. After asking to speak to the manager she was rude and said their ordering speaker and mic were to blame for my order getting messed up. She charged me for the extra items they missed. If your mics and speakers are bad, maybe you should replace them.
I may have a slightly bias oppinion cause i work here at sonic, but before i worked there i was a customer and the food is great, and the service is fast. There are times where it gets super busy but just be patent cause you will be helped by one of our amazing carhops and get your delicious food shortly :)
Excellent food def 5 stats the cherry limeade was awesome real limes and cherry in it and big onion rings were really great too
Worst experience ever at a Sonic. Harley brought us our order, which was wrong, and then obligatory of we needed anything else. When we asked for napkins, not an outrageous demand since we had 3 shakes, she said, " oh, I don't have any" no offer to get us any?! Nor was there an offer of a spoon.A minute after I processed this, I got out of the car to get a few items. Another server asked if I needed anything. I replied napkins and spoons please. At this Harley looked at me and instead of any kind of apology asked me if I would please step outside? and wait.Disappointed say the least.
