Decent service. I love the half price drinks. Chilli cheese dog is my favorite and the cherry limeade.
Rude order lady it's look like someone ate my onion ring food was cold I ordered fries not tater tots the chicken was greasy tater tots seem like they were from last night not one good piece or what we consider edible my super sonic bacon cheeseburger was just a hamburger no bacon or cheese we were missing an order of fries
It was nice there sat outside and they brought us our food with the smile and they were very polite
Horrible! 20.00 dollars. Food was cold. Not fresh. Took forever for them to answer. N then STILL get the order wrong. I had to wait ANOTHER 14 minutes to get the food I should have had the first time. I was so disappointed. I will definitely NOT be going there ever again! The only reason I gave it one star is for the kind young man who clearly felt bad for the horrible mess. ? Avoid this Sonic at all costs!
Worst Sonic Location to go to. Multiple times they have messed up my drink. And I only order lemonade!! How complicated is that! On one of the failed occasions, I notified the employees before leaving, my lemonade was a slushee instead of regular lemonade. Gave me attitude, went inside, brought out a new drink that was jam packed with ice. 5 sips and lemonade was gone. Spiteful! The final straw was speaking to the manager over the phone explaining the situation and expressed no concern of the situation. Customer service is horrible! Both from the employees and manager. Will not be coming back to this location and I encourage you to do the same.
I was kind, polite and considerate when placing my order. I ordered the extra long cheese coney combo, with onion rings and a Rt 44 Coke.Everything was made fresh and tasty ?Thank youThe Biggest Complaint, why do you not offer ANY MILITARY DISCOUNT ????WITHOUT US VETERANS there's no freedom, no Sonic, no favorite restaurants ? ? ?.It would have been nice to been offered free Onion Rings or my Drink.
Only complaint is you can't order a hamburger but must pay for a cheeseburger and remove the cheese. Don't need cheese calories and really don't want to pay for not getting cheese trying to be somewhat healthy.
Generally I have found Sonic to be pretty good all around. Unfortunately when I placed my order for tater tots they were old and over cooked. When I asked for a fresh order of tots, I’m telling you, they just stuck the same batch in the microwave and served em right on up. Wasn’t very happy.
My husband came here to get dinner sat there for 15 minutes to get his food and didn’t give us the right food or the right sizes he ordered a size large but instead gave us a size small they didn’t even fill our fries all the way up or the tater tots he only got 5 tater tots worst fast food experience ever
I go here for their big bags of crushed ice but also the slushes, my fave strawberry peach!!! Sooo good!!!
