Been coming here for about 10 years now. Very convenient while working on campus.Had the BBQ Nachos. I usually get these. This time they forgot at add the jalapeños.Really wanted to buy a t shirt from the display at the entrance but was informed that they do sell the shirts. Bummer.
Me and my husband were in town for work and asked a local, what was a good restaurant to try out?! We ordered the 3 meat platter and I had BBQ, ribs and chicken. The ribs were so tender the meat just fell right off the bone. The BBQ was my favorite and their potato salad was some of the best I've had. Definitely recommend!!!

Boneless chicken wings had tons of fat/tendons. Had to spit out three times. Didn’t even finish the rest. One of the pieces still had a little pink in the center. Been coming here for over 9 years and I’ve never been this disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. My loyalty has been betrayed. Step it up please I loved this location with all my heart. Now that love is gone ?
For BBQ, it was OK. Not the worst I've ever had, and not the best. As of February 2022, they're still short staffed, so the wait can be a bit. The chicken platter I had was pretty dry, and the sauce was pretty generic. I also had baked beans and mac and cheese, which I found to be pretty good for BBQ fare.
We ordered buffalo and bourbon molasses wings and a pan of mac and cheese for our Super Bowl Party this weekend, and they were a huge hit! The sauces were delicious and the wings were cooked to perfection. I was planning on leftovers for lunch the next day, but everything was cleaned out by the 3rd quarter! We'll make sure to double our order for March Madness!
This place always has a line from the restaurant all the way to the i10 Freeway. Insanely busy place with 1 person working doing everything. I had a 16 piece wings with honey hot and blue cheese for lunch. ? hit the spot! Ordered a 1/2 rack to take home. Guy said said they would be good for dinner later on and they were also ?. Definitely visit again, hopefully there isn't a line to the Freeway.
Our family loves Shane's Glendale! My hubby always orders the Shack Sampler with sweet potato fries and mac (The Sampler is a little bit of everything - ribs, chopped pork & tenders!) Our toddler, who is a picky eater, can't get enough of the honey BBQ boneless wings! Friendly service, fresh brewed iced tea for this mama and great atmosphere. We also love taking our friends and family from out of town to dine here! There is always a line for good reason! ???
All the way from Denver, CO. My wife and I went out to the Tanger Outlets yesterday 2/12/22 and we thought this place must be good since it’s packed, but not at att We got the 1/2 plate of ribs. Now it’s packed, but the ribs are dry, like if that put them in the oven to reheat them. The bbq sauce was good but it didn’t make no justice for the dry ribs. I thought they were going to fall of the bones, disappointed. We had two sides onion rings and fries. The onion rings!!!! Half were made fresh and the other half were thrown in the oil and recoooked???? C”mon Shane!! I’ll just leave it like that because I don’t want to say how dirty the place was. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!
I ended up at Shane's because the place I wanted to go started closing at 4 during the week. Big mistake. Ordered 2 All Americans, a Cowboy burger and 2 sides of fries. Got the order home, about a mile away, and discovered the fries were cold. Not lukewarm after trip type cold but cold. No warmth. Opened up the burgers and low and behold, no Cowboy Burger. I really don't feel like driving back and complaining so I'm doing it here. I included a pic of the fries that I won't be eating.
