I ordered 5 gyros, four with feta and one without, for a pick up order, for a party. And, I paid over a $9 tip for the lady at Shako Mako for saying she did the order correctly, plus paid extra for the feta. When I got home ,25 miles later, the four sandwiches did not have feta. I called them on the phone and they said for me to leave my party that I was hosting, drive 25 miles back and they will redo the food. I said no. I want a refund for the feta charge and they said no. Bad customer service and lousy phone skills. You deserve a one star rating. I and my family will tell everyone I know of your bad service.

This restaurant has been a favorite place of mine for years but my last several visits have been over priced and very disappointing. Today I waited for over 30+ minutes to pick up my husband’s lunch, eventually he left to work with no food . When my order finally did come out it was incorrect but I was not willing to wait another 30+My ticket plus a two dollar tip was $30 we got three sandwiches and cheap, Crinkle cut, frozen french fries.I will add a compliment in here and tell you that the Philly cheesesteak pita sandwich that I had was delicious but it was not worth $9, I would be willing to pay six dollars to have that again. In my opinion, six dollars is plenty of money for a sandwich ordered at a counter.Their fresh hand cut french fries were the best in town and the main reason that I ever wanted to go there. I feel like if I’m going to assault my body with french fries they are to be worth it!The family is lovely and trying to achieve the American dream so with that in mind I will wait for two months and then go back in hopes they have fixed their problems - Lower prices, faster service and hand cut fries. Also, the baklava used to be the best I’ve ever had in the last few times it has been Pasty and doughy and again, not at all with the price being charged.Gosh dang it… I loved this place.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Everything is fresh and full of flavor. The meat is so tender it melts in your mouth. You have made s new customer.

I like and love Mediterranean food and this place suffices for what I like and want. The gyro sandwiches here is worth it. They are generous with the gyro meat. It looks like they changed their fries and I like it so much better. Order the garlic sauce for dipping your fries. It's absolutely delicious ?. It would be nice if the hummus came with cucumbers and olives on it for garnishment. I had to ask for olive oil because to me without that doesn't feel or look like a hummus appetizer. When I have had hummus in other places that's how they served it. Presentation does matter to me. Be prepared to wait at the counter. Hardly any interactions either with the staff. It is family owned and runned.

Food not that good anymore... Over priced..like no meet on sandwich. French fries they give you a quarter bag.. Not even cooked all the way.I used to eat there a lot but after the second timeI'm done... ps...don't use the bathroom..Hall very dirty.

Is this Gyros or Shako Mako Grill.? Change of ownership may be? Food (Steak Shawarma & Falafel) took more than 30 minutes to prepare. Place really small, not enough seating. 2 stars for a big TV screen, was able to watch the game while waiting for food. Good to see a family owned business but this one needs some help from Restaurant Impossible...

We had to wait a while for food but it was worth the wait! Delicious philly cheese Mmm definitely eat here again ✌️☘️

I work near the area and was craving a greek salad with grilled chicken. I was not impressed at all. After my third bite, my salad had no more onion, olives or feta and I counted 2 slices of tomatoes that were cut in half. I understand there is portion control, but really?!??we counting everything that get put into the salad. I don’t mind paying $$$ if the food is good but today this time it wasn’t worth it.

It’s not the same as it used to be! Customer service was poor, seemed like we bugged them for walking in and giving them business. Asked for more ketchup because my 5 year old finished 5 little packages on her own and kid tells me I gave you 10, I offered to pay for them because of his poor attitude at that point. Spent $70, I guess that wasn’t enough to cover for their ketchup expense.

This place has great daily specials. Tuesday is Gyro day, & Friday is any meat rice bowl. Everything was fresh & well prepared. The staff is nice too.
