The guys work there his so rude I order some food and he ask me if for here or to go I said to go then he serving on the plate and I told him that this for to go then hi starting yelling on me and I said Sir don't yelling on me cause you ask me and I said for to go. And what he did he throw away my food and he said I'm not gonna serving you. That's what he did to me I trying to talk the manager but the lady she said his a manager. I can't believe that his a manager his unrespectfull. The guys name is Carlos and he said his a Manager. But he don't know how to approach nicely to the costumer and his not polite to the costumer. If I were to the oner they need to give him a good training how to handle and manage the business and specially the costumer service. His really rude and unrespect full.

Service was great! Food was not good tasted like it had been sitting to long.
Mall opened at 1100. We were at Sbarro's at 11:05, wanting to place a lunch order for 2. All of the pizzas, salads, pasta were out and ready. Man behind counter tells us they are not open yet, to come back in :15 min. Came back and placed an order for pizza and salad, asked for a small cup of ice water, were told there was none; and we would need to buy bottled water. Liar! Cheese pizza was not up to standards. This is what happens when no mgmt is present.
Pizza wasn't cooked all the way through asked for extra crisp crust and it was all doughy and they were just trying to fix them too fast that's the reason why they were doing and pretty spendy for what it was for just a two topping pizza
Drove 25 mins for them to be closed 12 p.m on a Tuesday and they shut the lights off? Are they closed or?
Terrible customer service too focused on shutting down over an hour before closing instead of providing good food

We recieved a very watery pizza . Toppings didn't even stay on the pizza and water was going through the box. We had very hungry kids to wait on another pizza
