Sakana has been our favorite go-to spot for sushi for many years. No matter how much time goes by between visits they always have great service and the best sushi!
Service was outstanding and the optionsfor ingredients in the rolls is amazing. They also have a secret menu online. However, unfortunately I was not a big fan of the sauce that was put on the disaster roll.I highly recommend the habanero Mayo. There’s no place that does this that I know of in Arizona.
Sakana is absolutely incredible! We love this place and we love sitting up at the bar. The food is always so fresh and we love seeing Juan and Eddy making their sushi creations.We went last evening and it was packed, so you know it’s a great place. Every time we go I always order the garlic parmesan cheese edamame, OMG they are the best. If you visit Sakana, this is a must try, I promise you’ll love it!!I highly rate Sakana and if you’re looking for a sushi ? restaurant this is an absolute must!!Tell them that Tina said HELLO when you go!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was my husband and my second time at Sakana Sushi and Grill. The food is off the charts delicious! We had rolls and individual scrumptious sushi and sashimi dishes...all were amazing! ??
Haven’t been here in 5 years, and happy to see it still remains a solid place for sushi. Only bad thing was we waited excessively long for our sushi, and was starting to wonder if the server forgot to put our order in. Well, the server did in fact forget to put our order in, and offered to comp dessert. I felt with that wait, we should have had one of our rolls comped. Despite that little snafu, everything was great. I haven’t had a roll I didn’t like yet. Their selection is quite extensive.
Today I tried this place and it was a good spot for enjoy sushi. I’ll give them anyway a good rate even when it was a little overpriced... But understanding what’s going on with inflation... it’s understandable. I am a sushi lover and I also have a sensitive stomach.The food was good, also the service, and the variety was great! Celebrating a birthday tonight at Sakanas. We've been going here for years, and it never disappoints! The food and portion sizes have maintained consistency for all of these years. Everything was excellent and tasty... AND the mussels were so awesome that we ordered a second serving! Eddie the manager is a happy, friendly and personable guy which creates a great atmosphere. Thank you again for tonight's deliciousness and desserts!
Been coming here for years and they are usually great, but recently I made an order and payed online. My coworker picked up the order and was charged for the order, not realizing I had already paid he paid for it again. Later I found out and tried calling for a refund since we paid twice, and they said they could not do anything about it. Very messed up!
Been going to Sakanas for years. Hands down the best sushi restaurant in the valley. Great portions, good price, awesome staff!!!
