Stopped buy with my son to get something cold this afternoon (12:30) and stood outside the window for a few minutes and couldn't get the person inside to help. The neon open sign was lit and double checked their hours on Google. On to somewhere else.
One of my favorite places bc it reminds me of back home(Philadelphia/Delaware) and even happier when they have my favorite flavor Swedish Fish ? ?
Went to Rita's for the first time. I got a small Oreo milkshake and it was great. There's lots of options to choose from on the menu. I went on a Monday afternoon when it wasn't crowded and got in and out fast. Parking is limited since it shares locations with some medical facilities. There also aren't many places to sit and eat for those that might want to. When I went, there was only one person working which could become an issue when it's packed. But for my time there I had no complaints and would recommend.
Their brownies are served hard and cold (tasted old) when you ask for a brownie Sunday, they did not bother to warm it up like most ice cream shops do. Ice cream is good. I generally would say it is not worth the price they sell it at! But what is nowadays. To the management Please don’t apologize - just do better! That’s all.
I'm sad the Ritas in Surprise closed, but this one is every bit as good! I'll make the drive for Ritas. This is my favorite dessert place. Can't go wrong.
Today Saturday April 30th at 5:30 pm we stopped by your location at 59th Ave and Union Hills in Arizona. We were excited as we had seen it many times and not stopped. It has such great potential. But…. Wow the staff was dead! No smiles, no happy, no customer service just disappointed as we’re those we watched come after us with the same lack luster
They are not selling frozen custard! Their business is very misleading. The product they sell is the exact same thing that Costco sells in its food court. This is soft serve ice cream and has nothing to do with frozen custard. If you ate frozen custard once in your life, you know that it is very dense and it is served with hard plastic spoons so you can scoop it. They gave me a flimsy thin plastic spoon and that moment i know i was not getting frozen custard. This business is doing false advertisement, misleading people and the ice cream soft serve they sell is not frozen custard. In Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale and near by areas, your best bet is Culver's if you are looking to eat *real frozen custard*. Again, they are selling soft serve ice cream, not frozen custard! Huge disappointment.

Rita’s. Just try it. I’m a purist & keep my orders simple with straight ice. (Mango & black Cherry is my recommendation!!) But Rita’s offers all sorts of tasty ice cream custard treats! Everyone knows how I love my snow cones & Rita’s consistently delivers. Several valley locations for our convenience!
