It's still pretty new here so they don't really give a lot of people to where we received our food pretty quickly. And the staff were pretty friendly as well; of course we have our off moments where we just can't smile (which is understandable to me). And the line for the drive-thru is not that pretty long they actually had one close, but I'm not sure if that was because they weren't that busy. Also if you are comfortable working in the food industry they are doing interviews cuz they had quite a few of them while we ate so... they're hiring (not a sponsor).
First time at this location tonight and even though the line was long the employees pushed through it! I got everything exactly as I ordered it, the chicken was super hot, and the toast was delicious. Thank you!
After beating a team called Canes, our boys decided to celebrate by eating at Raising Canes! Chicken fingers for brunch! The staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. The boys enjoyed it. The canes sauce is good, on the peppery side flavor wise, definitely a savory sauce.
Thank you for having your drive thru open late! Came after a concert. Food still hot and fresh even 5 minutes before closing. Only bad thing ( not their fault) is the road construction going on in front of their building making it hard to get into.
My children visit the drive thru twice a week . They usually go late at night when most places are closed due to their work schedule. They are always happy after devouring the Chicken tenders and fries with extra containers of your special sauce. So addicting. The employees working the drive thru are very patient and friendly as you decide how many pieces for a meal you want. I only wish they offered some kind of dessert to make the meal complete.Regardless my kids and I will be repeat customers. 10/10
I went through the drive thru and they gave me the wrong order. Not an issue I go back in there to get it resolved. The girl prepping the food who was resolving my issue gave me the dirtiest look the whole time. She then proceeded to voice her rudeness asking why I was taking pictures of her. I in fact was sending the menu to a family member Asking if they wanted food since I had gone back. The employee was an African American lady with glasses. Luckily the manager Jessica stepped in to resolve the situation and correct her employees lack of customer service. Jessica is a great leader and apologized on behalf of her rude employees. I’ll drop the picture “I took of her”.
Food is great but drive thru employees not so great. They give a certain attitude if you don’t go where they want you too even though the lanes had a cone and was blocked basically.
My family and I love Canes but it’s so gross to get a piece of lettuce on your chicken sandwich that its visibly not eatable! I posted the picture as well. I think no one wants to pay for food that’s not eatable!
They were fast polite and fresh food. The night manager was very amazing.Updated: Got the Hard Hat and the employees were so good about it! This place is the best!!!!
Chicken was very good, breading was soft and not crunchy which was a plus if you hate hard breading, unfortunately the 5 meals all came with fries that were undercooked make sure you ask for your fries cooked the way you like them, other then that the service was wonderful.
