Elizabeth the sweet and amazing woman who waits on the lobby and makes the tea is amazing; she’ll make you feel like family. The food is fantastic and the service is outstanding.
It was ok but it wasn’t anything to write home about at all. The chicken didn’t have flavor to it and KFC has better flavor. The sweet tea tasted the same as the sweet tea from McDonalds.
Every time someone talks about canes my mouth immediately starts to water. This place is amazing! The canes sauce makes everything better. The toast and the fries always gets dunked in the canes sauce.
I was in the drive thru line for 30 min. When I got home I noticed they forgot my raising cane's sauce and my extra Texas toast. All 3 of my drinks were supposed to be Hi-C but they were just carbonated water. I called and let them know and Stephanie said I could come and get the missing stuff but at that point it defeats the purpose as my kids were already half way through their tenders and it's 20 min drive from my house. I will not be going back to this location
I love Canes! We did a large 50 piece order but only got half of the chicken. I would have gone back but it was for my dads birthday party and did not have time to go back. Service is always good but staff confused about big orders. We missed the other 25 pieces of chicken.Canes did reach out to me but I lost the number, I'm sure in all the hustle and bustle it must have gotten missed. So I have changed this review to a five because the food was good!
This is not the first time and I highly doubt that it's going too be the last time this happened, but I went at 10 PM on a Thursday and they were already closed. It seems like they do this at least twice a week where they are closing early yet the hours on the door say they are open until 12 PM. I will not be going here ever again nor will I be going to another Cane's. I eat at Cane's at least three times a week and I am tired of them not being open when they should be. Management needs to get their act together and not close early. While I was there 6 other cars were trying to go to the drive thru, but couldn't because they were closed. Someone at corporate needs to get this situation under control or this company will begin to lose alot of customers.
4/8/22: Did you know that the unicorn is Scotland's national animal?I always get the perfect chicken sandwich with mixed lemonade and tea. Amazing memories at this location that does close late so you can get some of their amazing food.
Bought a 50 piece chicken tender pack. It comes with 16 individual sauce cups. ( cane sauce or honey mustard) The chicken was good, crispy and hot when we got it, it was not spicy or highly seasoned at all, very mild and not salty. It fed 8 adults with a lot of leftovers, when figuring how much to buy I would figure 4-5 finger per hungry adult. 2-3 per light eater. I would buy these again, we were happy with this chicken.
Good food. Fries are my only complaint. 9 out of 10 times they are wet noodles. They crank them out so fast they are almost always undercooked. Other than that, the drive thru is almost always busy cause of the busy location and small parking area around Cane's.Chicken is always good in my opinion.Texas toast is always good as well. Service is friendly and courteous in my experience. 4 out of 5 stars for this location. Get the Fries crispy and on point, and it'll be 5 stars.
