I came there on July 5th 2022 around 9:30pm, through the drive thru, to get something to eat from a long day at work. I order the #2 signature 4 piece chicken wing combo. They didn't have my second side that suppose to come with it. No serving utensils or a straw with my drink. The young man almost forgot my drink, until I have to remind him. It was a young man in the drive thru window. Red bean and rice water down. I call up there around 9:40pm, to speak a closing manger, no disrespect but she couldn't speak any English. I will never ever ever eat from there again. Very disappointed. And that was my 1st time ordering from there. I would recommend to never go there, unless everything is fresh when they 1st open. It's sad!!!
Visited this franchise for the last time. Today I ordered 1/4 pound shimp and strips meal and when I got home this picture is what I got. No French fry's either. I was to busy to go back. I also had to wait ten minutes for them to make the shrimp.This is probably not the workers fault as they were very helpful at the window. Probably a management problem.
I ordered the chicken box that feeds 2. Chicken was very small. Chicken leg was 2 1/2 inches long. 3 tiny wings, chicken breast very small & a thigh cut in half. The chicken was old, cold & stale!( Like it was yesterday's chicken)The fries was cold!Also got shrimp box. Shrimp was cold & very tough!The best thing was the Cole slaw.We will be going back to KFC!
I made a mistake coming here. I went to the drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich. They were out of almost all drink options beside Fanta and tea and were out of dipping sauce’s. The chicken in the sandwich was pretty hard to bite And the tiny bag of fries was cold. The meal just looks sad. Couldn’t recommend this location
The staff is horrible. A bunch of clowns in a circus. I will not be returning to this establishment. I placed an online order and it was not ready when I arrived. I waited over 45 minutes and they still had not filled my order. They filled several other orders prior to filling my order advising someone needed to go get cash and those other orders were in before mine. The manager refused to assist with a refund stating that because I paid via the app, I needed to contact the "app" since it is 3rd party. ??? DO NOT ORDER VIA THE APP OR BOTHER EATING HERE. Save your money and get pizza instead.
DO NOT VISIT HERE. They only have one job as they don't have an open lobby. How can you mistake a 20 piece with 3 3piece meals. Missing my 2 chicken sandwiches. Was charged 44 dollars. Won't answer their phone and they don't have a set up voice mail. Same number that's on their receipt. I got about 13 dollars in food. And sides were not what was ordered. They charged me for 4 ranches but I had to ask for sauce as they didn't even put it in the bag. Terrible experience. I hope the district manager reads these. The GM needs to be fired.

This is a pretty new store but it's ran worse then ANY Popeyes chicken I have ever been to!!! There's always some problem when you go there, they are either out of chicken, or their drive-thru isn't working, or your order isn’t right when you get it, and on a few occasions they could only take cash & no cards. Someone needs to look into this store and GET NEW MANAGEMENT IN THERE ASAP!!!

Bad customer service. Drive thru only waitwas 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich that I ordered and paid for vis mobile app. There is a reason why we order for pick up is some people only have a 30 min lunch break. Bad Business
