I have tried really hard to overcome my issues with this place. Poor service, food lukewarm etc. tonight was the last straw. Ordered a chicken sandwich and the bun was hard as a rock. The bottom bun was a little more “serviceable” meaning only parts were not hard lock the top bun counterpart which was entirely hard. As I hate halfway through my partial sandwich I noticed a large black hair on the chicken. You can see this in the picture. Needless to say I will not come back. The extend of my experience is strictly at this location. My hope is other locations are better.
Love this place it was my first time going here and I love that they answered my questions about what allergens was in their food they were very Pleasant. The food was yummy!
What happened?!?! This place used to be fantastic. New owners? Cooks? WHAT!? We ordered classic got spicy! Rolls were microwaved to the point of being like shoe leather! The fish was mushy and mostly coating. And the coleslaw was just okay. We will be looking to try new locations. It's too bad, this used to be our favorite.
Got this in my sandwich cuz it was closing time. Will never go again
Today was the first time that we picked up an order of fried chicken. I was pleasantly surprised how delicious the pieces tasted. The price was fair, the pieces good size and tasty breading. We will be going there again.
Well Popeyes at your location is our favorite. Our recent visit I had my usual Classic Chicken with pickles, and the breading fell off the chicken and the chicken was smaller than the bun. We will be back because you've always been a five star to us I understand everybody's understaffed so I don't want to say anything really bad because we managed. Thank you
This has to be the worst location I have ever been to. Not sure who is managing this location but they obviously do not care nor know what they are doing!!!. The last 3 times I have been to this location the food has been wrong. The containers of sides are half full. I ordered regular chicken and received spicy...How hard is this. Ordered the $6 box and when I got to the window I was told they no longer have that deal....Im sorry.....you just had a commercial about it on TV and I got it 2 days ago at another location (which has NEVER gotten my order wrong). I go out of my way to another location because this one is so bad. I was close to the freeway and on my way home so I thought ok lets give them another try. Well I was wrong. I am also writing to corporate at this point because I have had so many disappointing visits to this location.
Closes at 7 ….I got there 6:45 ordered mixed meal then they said only have wings….terrible
Would give zero stars if I could. The food here used to be great, but quality has dropped to appalling. Bought a 12 piece chicken meal with the "upgraded" Mac n cheese side. The chicken tasted like it was fried in stale rancid oil, which actually had a disgusting aftertaste. The food quality was a far cry from what we used to get. The health department should inspect this place.
