Good pizza so far hasn't disappointed me & good customer service as well . One of favorite pizza spots especially there pan pepperoni pizza as i cant have to much sodium and that pizza is a good choice .Richard E
Overcooked, missing items, and the Detroit pizza is nasty. The wings had not been great and the Edge pizza is blah. Delivery driver at the PH on 8860 N 43rd Ave in Glendale is a joke. Do not bother tipping ahead of time. Wait until they arrive to decide on a tip. Dude would not even delivery the pizza to my door, I had to go to him.
First off their pizza is always doughy. Tonight I went in instead of delivery and was helped by KC who had a manager tag on. Very unprofessional. I asked a question, got a one word answer and when given my pizza I said thank you not even a thank you or have a good night. They said NOTHING. I'm not sure how they got the manager position but they are an epic fail.
Pizza Hut use to be my go to for cheap, fast, great pizza, but not anymore, they are too inconsistent, and quality has gone down in my opinion. Toppings still taste good, but as you can see from the picture(And that is actually the best one ive gotten)there is barely any cheese, and no sauce which made the pizza really dry especially on the parts where there is hardly any cheese. This was suppose to be stuffed crust but it was mostly stuffed with air lol. I shouldn't have to pay for extra toppings just to get better quality. I don't even get the wings anymore, there is either hardly any sauce, fatty, or hard. I could go on, but I'll stop.
Worst experience I've had at a pizza hut or any other resturant. I placed an order right after 11 and never received my order. They did not call. No text. The app did not update and when I called the did not answer. Will not be ordering from this establishment again. Management needs to take care of their buisness and recognize this is the worst thing any buisness can do to a customer.
Ordered pizza tonight, usually it's on time, fresh, hot. This time no so much, pizza was an hour late from scheduled delivery time, and pizza and wings were cold. Do better.
Train your staff to do their job accurately.I ordered a hand tossed pizza. when I picked it up, I noticed its bread was so thin and nasty. I took the pizza back, and the front person was apologetic stating that "we were busy and ran out of dough. We made a fresh dough".I guess it was not enough time for the dough to rise. and the staff made my pizza quickly. The dough was so nasty and we got stomachache. besides there were only a couple of pepperoni and 2 or 3 small pieces of chicken and a couple of meatballs. we took a picture of it.this pizza was horrible. your company advertise a totally different thing than what you actually give to actual customers. total disappointment.
It's a pizza hut. They all taste the same. But I was surprised by some valuable professionalism at my last visit. My order somehow got lost in translation, so I got a free pie and wings.
If you like raw dough on a thin crust pizza, or if you want a Papa Murphy's bake at home pie, you can get it from this location. The dough was so undercooked, it just tasted like raw flour.Reached out to corporate... They said I would hear from the store within 3 business days... It's been 3 days. I guess it's not important to them.
The pizza was not good and tasted gritty. They also placed my extra sauce cup on top of my pizza, so the dirty cup left a giant indent in the pizza and the plastic was melted. That was two pieces we couldn't eat due to not wanting to have where the cups are stored/handled in our mouth. whoever the employee was could benefit from taking a food handler course. Additionally, they did not complete cut the pizza, so we had to re-cut it when we got home. Overall, a disappointing experience.
