I understand there's a staff shortage but it doesn't take 2 plus hours to deliver a pizza!
Pizza is completed on time and taste great .But we keep returning staff is always friendly.
One of the few remaining dine-in Pizza Hut's! I enjoy eating here from time to time for nostalgia! The service has always been really good, never a bad experience.
Pizza was hot and ready when I arrived at the time I was told. Online ordering was easy to navigate. The employee at the restaurant was friendly and cheerful.
My pizza was very dry and cold when it arrived. The breadsticks were way undercooked and the whole meal was very disappointing. I was really looking forward to going back but I don’t think I will be ordering from this location again
This pizza hut is usually good, however not the last few times. The pizza was a little under cooked and looked like it was rushed out. The teenage delivery driver was also rude, requested a tip and didn't abide by the contactless delivery order.
I ordered a large three topping pizza, for carryout. When I got it there was a lot of one topping, and very little of the others. And it was all centered on the pizza, so that the outer 1 1/2 inches had no toppings on it. I do commend the store for having it ready when they said it would be.
I ordered stuffed crust on the Super Supreme and thin and crispy crust for the Pepperoni; my order was the other way around. Otherwise, my order was delivered right on time.
Employees that want to to work. We waited in our vehicle for ten minutes no one came out with our order. We go inside looked at the board and our pizza was done along with five other peoples.
I understand that there’s a shortage of workers right now but the workers you do have shouldn’t quote someone a 50 minute delivery time then show up 2 hours later. The pizza was cold and the pasta wasn’t even edible.
