I hadn't been to Pete's Fish n Chips in quite a few years. It was not the same. I remember the Shrimp were long and crispy just right, salted just enough. Thus time the shrimp were over fried not long and both the fish and shrimp had no salt flavor. The sauce was more of a tomato sauce not the spicy good flavor I remember. ?
Surprisingly the fries were over cooked,,.burned. Not edible. I like Pete's food maybe it was just too busy that night. Also, our onion rings weren't the greatest. We'll try again
I love Pete's but this location i didn't like ! Nasty???Breading was so thick you didn't taste the shrimp.. Fries were horrible , Wont be going there anymore .
This is a must try place just to say you’ve tried it if you’re in Arizona that’s because this place is really one of a kind. There is no other drive thru fish and chips and the Pete’s sauce is so unique and addicting. My family has been coming here for years although it is a hit or miss whether the fries will be perfectly crisp or soft and soggy. I still think when they are perfect the place is a 5. My family will keep coming here and so will I.
Absolutely wonderful food! Plenty of food and 2 people ate for an unbelievable $12.00. Such a nice tab in such an expensive world.. thanks for not following society! Highly recommended! Love the paper packaging too! Eco friendly!
I'm from the Midwest and was looking for some good fried fish and shrimp. This place sells unknown fish patties. I was expecting some kind of filets not minced formed fish. The shrimp was over breaded and not cleaned very well. There was a lot of business on that day, which tells me that customers here don't know good fish. Won't return
Phoenix Metropolitan Staple. The menus are slightly different so pay attention to what you order. Super Seafood Combo is a fantastic starting point. The monsterburgwr combo is great as well (add cheese). The staff is always fast, friendly, and helps out as much as possible. The drive through does go into the street, so be wary. I'd advise walking up, so you don't have to hang out in traffic, there is sufficient parking.
Omg....this food is amazing and fed two people with big appetites for $21 ..... awesome price for value. The staff was awesome and very friendly. This is my new fav spot.
1 star for the guys personality but unfortunately the food(fish & shrimps) with fries and pink lemonade were all gross to me.
After not coming to this location in years I decided to give it another chance, yeah this location has NOT changed.. very disappointed in the food! This location gives Pete’s a bad name. Tolleson is where it’s at!!! The drive is worth it!P.S Glendale staff, if you could clean the poop out of the shrimp it would taste wayyy better… thanks good day!
