Came in at 8:15 pm, for a to go order, did not get my food until 8:50. They were to busy cleaning and closing. I watched as other food sat for 10 minutes before being taken out to patrons waiting. They look like they do a great job cleaning, but getting the orders out obviously is not a priority. I finally get my food, and it's cold because it's been sitting there to be given for takeout and the guy never called my name.

We ordered the Thai Coconut Curry Chicken, substituting shrimp for the chicken. (Note- There are two similar dishes by name. There is also a Thai Basil Cashew Chicken. Its very easy to confuse the two.). My companion found the dish to be way too spicey. The wonton soup wasn't quite as good as other soups my dining companion has enjoyed. He did not enjoy these selections very much. However, the pork egg rolls were nice. The gluten free fried rice was very good. There were plenty of nice white meat chicken pieces and a sweet ginger sauce. All in all, we enjoyed our meal, which was reasonably priced but next time we may pass on the too spiceyThai dish.

Been eating here about 3-5 times a year for 7-8 years. Steady decline and is getting no better. We don’t plan to ever return. Food is fair. Kids portions are very small. Disgusting restrooms.

Wow, what happened to this establishment. My hubby and I go often and notice the quality, cleanliness etc going downhill but tonight.....the floors had trash all over, the patio had nails, papers etc on the ground. I order honey seared chicken which is supposed to come with red peppers and scallions however I didn't get those items. The music was sooo loud my nerves were shot. Packaged up the rest of my food and will add veggies to it and enjoy the rest at home. I agree with what others are saying that portions are much smaller.

Obviously they were having issues tonight and the guy behind the register was frustrated and indifferent to the customers. I ordered on the app at 5:15 for 5:45 pickup. Got there at 5:45 and after I waited till 6:00 they told me another 10 minute wait. Finally got my food at 6:20. Customers were being told 45 minutes to 1 hour wait for dine in and were leaving. There were only a smattering of customers in the restaurant dining in and maybe less than 10 waiting for to go orders so am not sure what was the issue. There were 4 in the kitchen preparing and 2 taking orders and delivering. This location has gone steadily down hill over the past few years. Actually started before COVID going down hill. Very sad because they were a great place for many years.

Horrible experience here tonight. We ordered our food at 5:36 for pick up at 6:30. Arrived at 6:30 to an empty pick up desk, about 8 people waiting, and an employee that eventually stopped by to shrug his shoulders and announce that the food was at least 15 minutes late. Not worth the price or hassle to be treated with indifference. Clearly, there is a problem with the planning and cooking of food at this location since we didn’t pick the soonest window for pick up. They just screwed it up (and everyone else’s too apparently.) Our food ended up being 30 minutes past the promised time and it was clear that no one was sorry. Definitely our last time at this location.

Ordered kung pao chicken. The chicken was hard and tiny pieces that I felt like I was eating jerky or some kind of hard coating. It definitely didn’t taste like chicken. Very disappointed!!!

What an absolute nightmare... Pei Wei used to be such an awesome place to get a nice fresh dinner. FAST, FRESH AND EASY! Unfortunately my experiences have seemed to be none of those. I have been going to Pei Wei for years and typically I order food online as they suggest. Today their system informed me of a 15 min wait. Two weeks ago when I ordered from them their system was a little off and I waited an additional 5 min when I got there, but in reality that was totally fine. When I get there today, 10min after the time my food would be done I was informed that I still had an hour wait! Like what!? The guy they had working up front didn't know anything and was simply just making things worse as people began to get frustrated. It's amazing how mis-managed the Arrowhead/Glendale store is. Sad to see what used to be an awesome restaurant failing. After getting home and opening my food the portion was half of what it normally is and the crab wontons were still cold in the middle. Sadly it looks like they are just giving up and throwing food in containers to get people out of there restaurants. Unfortunate and Sad.... I hope it turns around, but for now I don't see myself returning.

It's just time to be done with Pei Wei. The food is never warm enough, and even if you pay for extra protein servings the portions are laughably small. Our order has never been prepared correctly on the first try, and there is always attitude when you ask for it to be remade. I should have jumped ship a long time ago, but now it's time. Your money is better spent with local Asian restaurants.

Still good but portions are shrinking fast. I poured my bowl of soup into a cup. Should have got charged for a cup of soup. The honey seared chicken was mostly rice. Dry rice since there was very little sauce. Had to add Panda sauce to it when i got home.
