Legend had very good customer service and it was very calm and relaxed as well as efficient with a very big line in front of her excellent customer service and food quality today at arrowhead mall
We walked in...no one at counter. There was someone cleaning tables, etc. They did not acknowledge us, not even a look. The place looked like it needed cleaning, it looked dirty. Needless to say we walked out and went to a close by deli.We were really looking forward to eating there.
I just finished my delicious sandwich and was just about to leave, but I can’t do so before mentioning the absolutely impressive service I just received from Sally (at least that’s what it says her name is on the receipt). She was positive, upbeat, and really went the extra mile tonight. After a long day of traveling, this really was a breath of fresh air. She’s truly an asset to the establishment. Thank you for being awesome!
Never come here. The customer service is just the employees apologizing for the terrible food quality without fixing the issue. Spent over 40$ for my wife and kids and the sandwiches had a single slice of meat on all three.
Over priced for medium quality, only gave me one napkin and no utensils.
Do not order from here. They are unprofessional and poorly staffed, all-around horrible service.I ordered 4 items online and they did not inform me they could not complete the order; when I got there the only gave me 2 of the paid items and would not refund me for the other half of my order. The females at the front (who hid under the counter from when I arrived) assured me the manager would contact me about the refund at another time, and after a week unfortunately this never happened. They stole money from me and I hated every bit of the experience.
Customer service is lacking, the restaurant is dirty and they got my entire order wrong! They also have zero gluten free options and really didn't make any effort to help with finding what would work. I ended up getting turkey on a plate with bacon, that's it. A friend got soup and it was cold. Its not a place that I will return to.
VERRYYYY rude staff literally so useless they wouldn’t even help me at all just 2 girls there laughing and gossiping I was standing there for 15 minutes with no help no one took my order. Wouldn’t recommend, never coming here again.
I love their salads especially the one with the dry apples & pecans, yummy?!
My $12 rotten salad. My husbands size salad was the same. Never again.
