Made an order online to avoid waiting because I was on my way to an appointment. Still waited and they didnt include the teriyaki chicken. I called within 10 minutes of picking up my order and they didn't care. They wanted me to come back that moment and it was not possible. They did not make it right. Waste of time and money. They need to organize themselves to avoid making so many mistakes.
Love the new menu items. So happy that chicken egg rolls are back.
I'll continue to pass the location on Northern to get to this one. They're not super friendly, but I really don't care when it comes down to having all the food ready and being quick about it, which this location actually does!
Finally, edible rice. Thank you Carlos for cooking the rice the way it should be! The rice was nice and moist, not dry and crunchy!
Fried Rice was burnt, steamed white rice was overcooked. Employees were more interested in filling online orders than taking care of customers in front of them. Is this how much establishments care abiut customers now.
This is one of my favorite places the food is always fresh it's always hot the people are very polite and nice it's always clean I love this place
Large open dining area which I liked , food was hot and delicious.. sesame chicken was really tasty and Kung Pao chicken was spicy and also really tasty ... would recommend..also spring rolls were good...
Service was slow and people taking the order did not show any customer service enthusiasm., no napkins, silverware or fortune cookie were in my take out. Not to mention food was not very good either?
Cashier Esmeralda is very rude. She rolled her eyes when i ask for some sauce packets , moved very slowly when moving, and looked at me as if I was asking alot of her.Still didn't get my teriyaki sauce for my chicken, or sweet and sour for my egg rolls, Not utensils , or napkins. Well atleast she got me those 4 soysauce packets. ?
DO NOT COME HERE.. the girls here are ridiculously rude. Jessica, Brianne, and the Whte girl with black hair with the bracelet on the left wrist. I first ordered and the girl w black hair looked at me like I was retarded. So I had to tell her EXACTLY what I wanted. Then i believe Jessica checked me out and I was debating if I wanted anything else but she did not ask me if I wanted anything else,, and she said my total without hesitation which I was mad because I was thinking ab getting a fountain drink but didn’t speak up bc of her attitude getting worst.. These girls that were working 1/20 around 7:40pm def need to work on their costumer service , they acted like they didn’t want to be there . And we as costumers can def feel it. There was no manager there so it was worst.. I GET IT DOES GET BUSYYYY ,, and my sister who use to work there.. THEY SHOULD NEVER ACT THIS WAY…
