I was greeted at the door by a homeless man. Nothing ruins my day more than having a homeless person making themselves a door man at a business. Their action is not an act of kindness or politeness, which they want you to believe and reciprocate by giving them money. My experience ruined and I was upset the staff continued to allow the situation to continue. I ordered an extra bowl of chow mein and chicken after making comments about having a door man. I continued making comments all the way to the register. At the register I was asked about making a donation to the children's Hospital and I said, "No. I'm making a donation to your doorman and running him off." I went out the door being watched by all the staff, took out one bowl with a fork, handed it to the man, and told him to go somewhere to eat.TO ALL BUSINESS. DON'T ALLOW HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS TO BE UNPAID DOORMAN AND RUIN YOUR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Quick and easy food can’t expect the best but atleast wish there was a little more flavor in it . I remember ordering here and it being amazing but now it seems they lost there reason to shine. Bring back the old panda :(
Terrible Food something about this particular restaurant...everytime I order thru Uber Eats or Grub food is disgusting .I only live down the street but was very sick and had no choice but to order to go...needed to order for delivery worst mistake ever now Im even more sick. Food spilled all into my bag and the food that remained tasted stale like I got food that been sitting for a really long time highly disappointed will never eat at this restaurant again. all the other restaurant have higher standards in my opinion.
Panda Express is an awesome place to eat if you are looking for Chinese fast food. They are fast and courteous each time we have visited. Keep up the good work Panda!!!
Although there were only 3 people in front of me it took 20 minutes to get our food. They fill the entree compartments with sides (chow mein/rice) to make the tiny entree portions look bigger than they are. I could have complained to the manager but the manager was the one doing it.The Beijing beef was mostly Beijing batter with a hint of beef hidden in there. Definitely not going back there.
Yummy and fresh after waiting about 10 minutes for Beijing beef and honey sesame chicken.
The blandest Panda Express I’ve ever eaten from. I am fully aware and convinced that the employees themselves in a taste of food. There is absolutely no flavor yet to know salinity contest to the food it taste like dog food.
Found this metal piece in my food, I'm glad I didn't eat it. Looks like a metal scrubber piece used to clean the grill
This panda express on 43rd Ave is always busy and the busier they are the fresher the food. Although there are times when the food is not fresh because it had been sitting awhile in the pan. I had the beef and the coating was soggy. I didn't have the energy to tell them if they could give me a new batch of it. For the amount they give you it's not worth the effort. I'm glad the noodles were fresh.
