Watched one girl serve like 10 drive through orders while 3 people inside couldn't manage to get me served for close to 15 minutes. Had they not been moving at the speed of smell, they would've been able to serve me before the drive through girl went through all the orange chicken and I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to cook some. Piss poor service inside. What happened to Panda? Since COVID your service is way too slow.
Drive thru busy, lot of people picking up online orders, when we were there. No line at 2pm. Staff was friendly.
I stopped at 59th and olive. The service was REALLY BAD. The girl served the food like she was feeding an animal.But when served up her own people. Served them better. I have been to panda's all over the valley since I moved here. This was the WORST!!! I ordered a plate with steamed white rice and fried rice. Orange sauce all over the container. No orange chicken. I am a BLK Woman, but she served the Mexicans food the way she should put my food the same way. Any blks out there, do not go to 59th and olive. And the only reason I took it I was HUNGRY. But when I opened and looked at the food . I through it AWAY!!! These trying times spending your money on SOMTHING not worth eating.
Usually this location is very consistent but can you guys fix the A/C in this location already? Your poor employees look miserable and I don't blame them...two weeks out for inspection is unacceptable...either close down till repairs are made or hire another technician to get the job done in a more acceptable timeframe like after hours...smh...no one should have to work in these types of conditions especially with the pay you offer...
Everything I tried to order Was not available.Unless I waited five minutes. I agreed and was told to wait in pick up #1. After almost 10 minutes I went inside and asked for my order. I was given a bag. When I looked all I had was rice. I was required to go back in where I was finally given my order.
As always, a high quality meal in seconds for a reasonable price (which is nice, because as a missionary I have a pretty limited budget) . The staff here does a great job and the place is very clean. I even found a new favorite, the black pepper chicken.
If I could give them a 0 I would! Worst service ever and the food even worst! Rice was burnt, the burn taste was so strong I couldn’t even eat it! The string beans were not cooked and they had a bitter taste. I mentioned to the server that it seemed the egg in the rice was burnt to please take it out and she didn’t even care, just left it there. Will never be going back here again.
I'm not sure if she's a manager or just a really good worker. But regardless if the place is packed, drive thru and inside. She's very on top of things! This amazing worker is named GEM! Keep it up!
No almond crusted chicken anymore... Not going back here again... Food has gone totally DOWNHILL since the pandemic began, they take no pride in their food anymore... Lost a really good customer ☹️☹️☹️☹️
Placed order at drive thru, one of my plates was missing an entre and the extra entre box we ordered was left open in the bag.
