If I could leave no stars, I would. We sat ourselves. We were here for trivia and rock n roll bingo. The server brought the wrong drink the first time. Then became scarce, barely came around. Then in the middle of rock n roll bingo, the server came over and asked if we were ready for our tab or were going to continue to drink? I was shocked because we didn't ask for our tab yet and had full drinks. It was 8:20 PM. At 8:45 she came back with our tab and said the manager is closing the bar. They started kicking people out. They are supposed to be closing at midnight according to google. There were plenty of people still playing rock n roll bingo!!! The beer menu had most beers marked off and was higher priced than most places in the area. I will not recommend this place to anyone and will not be back.
I like the place, the food, the drinks and the manager.. but the wait staff is pretty bad. 3x lately and the girl was not server material. My mixed drink sat on the counter over 5 minutes and we had to ask 2x for it. She cannot multi-task and fails to have an ability to remember simple requests once she walks away. I don't have a name as I do not believe she wears it. We will continue to be patrons, but hope the manager realizes the issue.
Terrible service and mediocre food lately. We used to love coming here but it was impossible to get more than one drink tonight and the food quality gets consistently worse…. It’s too bad because we really enjoy the dog and horse betting. Gave it at least 5 chances to get it together, knowing Covid caused staffing shortages etc, worse every time.
It was pretty lifeless for a Saint Patrick's day. ? Front desk hostess wearing viking horns was very cranky ?. She got very short tempered. In her defense she was a little overwhelmed. We had burgers and fries $13 Beers $8 They were charging all different prices for Waters $3, $2 $1.50. (Lady with wagon charging $3)
Our server Mallory was absolutely amazing. Very attentive and efficient. It's been a few years since I've dined here I'll definitely be back again.
have been to this place a few times within the last couple of months. Service has been non-existent each time while the restaurant is in no way busy. Not going to trash the servers or speak specific to how many mistakes were made but something needs to change otherwise i wouldn't anticipate your place of business remaining open. Unfortunate as its within walking distance for us but would rather order food and make drinks at home then come here if that is or will be the experience we receive.
I don’t think I could be more disappointed in the experience I had there. If I could give it negative stars I would. After awhile my friend and I were just laughing at how poor the service was and how a chain saw probably couldn’t separate the ribs. I asked the waitress( and the manager) about if the pork ribs were moist and I was told they were good. So I ordered them. These were not your normal fall off the bone pork ribs. I couldn’t get them apart to eat them. Not my knife, or pulling them or trying to gnaw them could get them apart to be able to eat them. I gave up. They did not offer to take them off my bill or even buy me a drink. I paid $19 for French fries. The waitress couldn’t have cared any less about our experience. She couldn’t tell my friend what the specials were and never did go look. My friend had to go up front and look herself. It wasn’t like she was busy with other customers; there was hardly anyone there. I will be hard pressed to go back again. Too bad because I used to really like it.
Long time customers. New ownership. Potato skins were dry and tasted bad. Didn’t eat and they wouldn’t take off the bill. Ive never paid for bad food I didn’t eat. Dozen small wings now $17. I’m sad. I just lost my local pub. Never going back…
Chicken Spedie and homemade chips and french onion dip!! Highly recommend!!
Stopped in a 3 of weeks ago. Mediocre bar brunch. Waitress was nice but didn't have a clue about the brunch menu. It's roomy and I imagine it's popping on St Patty's day.
