Whoo, that was so good! Thought it was a lil pricey but after eating it, I think it was good for the quality and quantity. It was supposed to come with veggies but I got one little broccoli piece and lettuce/gabbage. Sad they don't have one near me in Florida, they would do very well there. I would definitely eat here again.
6.5.2022 RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! Why do we go their???? For the sauce and macaroni salad for us. But we get the food home and didn't get either!!! Yeahhh its in the bag they rudely say!!! OK so you clean out sauce machines and now you can't pay attention in what Im asking for??Well im asking for teriyaki NOT katsu!! Why don't they know the difference??? Did I say I wanted Salad??? Instead of the macaroni salad?? Why charge me $12 for some food I did not order!!!
Half a hour wait for a plate of food while everyone else was getting there orders, even my friends complained and got there's in 20 and had the exact same order I did and some how mine wasn't completely ready and I kept waiting around, worse service on top of the only fresh thing being made was the chicken form what I was told by my pals, everything else tasted as if it was just there and they took their sweet time making orders, again all while everyone else's orders were out in under 10. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
It's grub. Hits the spot real hard. Great quality, great atmosphere, great portions. Good food all around. Good staff too. 9/10 would recommend.
I haven't had a decent plate lunch since I moved off Oahu years ago. It's a very commercialized vibe but it is clean. The katsu was just like I remember. And bonus for having katsu sauce by the pump. But the musubi did not use sushi rice so it was kind of falling apart and a meager slice of spam too. Also, a pretty meager scoop of mac salad. Mostly ono... But no aloha.
I found a small round piece of metal when I took a bite of my rice. I went up to the front to show them. All they could say was it was a part of their spoon that feel off for the rice. And I'm a so sorry that happened, do you want more rice? No offer to give me my money back just a I'm sorry.
This place is SO. GOOD. So much to choose from and every single yhing we got was so good, and i am generally a picky eater. Would love to get this again next time we are in Phoenix

I recently visited with my best friend and his mother. The scenery was nice and the chat I had with a female employee was quite informative. The steak that accompanies my grilled chicken is nice and soft without being overly chewy and I tried a side of the crispy shrimp which I reccomend. Not a bad experience at all.
So disappointed. Told them I was ok waiting longer to have chicken breast well done. Waited and still had it medium ???
