This place was recommended to me and my boyfriend to try for smoothies. We went for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. The worker was absolutely excellent, friendly, down to earth and she was very informative about all the smoothie options. My smoothie was thick, creamy, flavorful and so delicious. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for more of a guilty free sweet treat with added health boosters and awesome customer service. Definitely one of my top smoothie choices from now on. Can't wait to go back again!
If your hours of operations state that you close at 8pm, then I should be able to get help at 7:45. This is the second time I have been turned away before 8pm.
Walked in and both employees were on their phones, which is fine...but neither acknowledged my existence. One started finishing up something she had been working on [but was doing nothing when I arrived) the other grabbed the 4 dirty blenders and took them to the back. Again, neither said a word. The 2nd girl came up and made my shakes.Shakes were good but interaction was awkward and 0 customer service.
Walked in this morning after the gym and there were two people in front of us (my partner and I). The young woman behind the counter didn’t acknowledge us (whatever she’s alone and working no big deal) the problem is the guy who’s next storms out, we’ve been there 5 minutes by then so I’m assuming he’s leaving from being there longer and the woman says nothing. She doesn’t bat an eye or I’m not even sure she notices he storms out because she’s too busy chatting it up flirting with guy who’s order she’s been taking since before we walked in. Even a “I’ll be with you in a minute” would’ve sufficed. We then left as well.
