I normally give people the benefit of the doubt if they are having a bad day or something but out of the 6 or 7 times i've been here in the last 2 months the customer service is completely draining. You can't even get a reply for a "how's it going?" It also seems like a major inconvenience when you ask them for the remainder in the shake container, I mean it's part of the nutrition I ordered. This last time I watched them make the shake as well, skimping on the addons for the Post, I just told myself it's the last time I'll be in a One Stop since you can make better shakes for less than half the cost anyway and not have to experience a stuck up attitude.

4 plus dollars for a 1.5 liter of water? I bought a total war preworkout and a water for a total of 8.66. That includes the .33 cent charge for not paying cash. Place is turning into GNC.
About a month a ago I was here and encountered horrible service. I noticed I was being charged to use my card. It was explained to be my the rude manager, who had a very nasty attitude, that the company charges a percentage of the total sale to use your card. It has been explained to me that this practice is very illegal.Only one sign was posted, which was in a very inconvenient spot that displayed micro print. Truthfully that should be considered bait and switch. I frequent alot of one stop locationsAround the valley and it seems this is the only one that charges extra for using your card. I will never give my money to this location again reason being the management was very snooty and rude, the extra fee to use a card and the shakes are mediocre at best. Don't waste your time or money here go another location for better shakes and prices.
