I loved the food, but I'm not happy with their customer service. They were going to give us a dirty table, and they didn't clean it well. They didn't offer us salad or the soup before the big meal. They didn't give us breadstick, we had to ask for them. My niece asked for dessert and they didn't give it to her, she had to ask again and they were going to charge us for 2 of them when they only gave her 1. I did not like the service they gave us.
This is got to be the best restaurant I have been to since the beginning of covid the entire staff was so friendly but Hailey especially is one of my favorite people in the whole entire crew. She treated me and my husband like royalty and she was so professional and so friendly I could not stop telling her enough how amazing she was. We will definitely be back to this location. Keep up the great work!!!!!!
Great service, food is quite basic and the prices have sky rocketed. $20+ per person is really way to much for a small portion of noodles and sauce. It was nice to be able to have someone else make my dinner. I really just don't think that the prices represent what we were served.
I have to say today was just perfect. Our server Matthew was very helpful and so fast on getting our food out. The manager Brandy helped to make sure we were seated were we liked , i noticed he was helping around making sure olive garden workers and consumers were comfortable and in a healthy environment
Waiter took a while to attend and to ask for drinks,The appetizer came along with my entree while my Fiance waited for her Meal, What's the point of getting an appetizer to wait for your meal? If it came together, While the other actually waits? Then we observed waiter talking into the phone as a voice text or record message? While we waited for refills and additional item. The chef did a great Job of presenting and bring food and getting us refills on our beverages. I would say the experience wasn't the best we've had compared to other times, the funny part was towards the end of us getting ready to leave, was when the waiter was more attentive for close out than anything. I would give a five star review of service was more attentive in the beginning.
The food was good and because we did our reservations online we didn't have to wait long to be seated. No one came to our table for about 20 mins but once our waitress realized she took great care of us. The food was delicious as usual!
Should have known better than to order to go on Valentine's Day. Took an hour from the scheduled pick up time to recieve my order. Olive Garden needs to change their text for to go. If the food isn't ready when you send the text, DON'T SEND IT. So frustrating. The only good thing is they don't charge your card til you recieve your food. They also forgot my drink but I didn't want to go inside to get itThe line for to go was ridiculous. I couldn't even park in the actual to go spot.I commend the servers and chefs cause they were super busy. But if Olive Garden could change the text thing, it would save alot of frustration from customers.
Stopped here for lunch and Dani was an excellent server and the food was great
I was the only person waiting to be seated, I was told it would be a 5 min wait. I went to the bathroom, came back and there were 2 couples who had come after me. And then two more came in. I ended up waiting 30 minutes and the two couples that came after me were sat first. After the manager told the 3 hostess “come on guys” multiple times. They just stood there and chatted. The manger found the tables on screen for them to sit those waiting each time. And this was a Thursday night…My cappuccino was served in a to-go cup because there weren’t any clean glasses. Water forgotten. My parm-chicken was dark and over cooked. And my to-go meal was forgotten. After paying I waited but no one came so I just left. It’s disappointing to dine in and get this kind of service. Honestly felt like McDonald’s service and care, minimal.Oh not to mention, another customer dropped their keys under my tire and a worker in white was asking around whose car was it? It was mine, and he gave me attitude when I asked a question.Seemed like everyone had an “I don’t care” attitude.
Food was great. Service was outstanding. Our previous experience was not as good but this one more than made up for it. My mother passed away earlier this year and we went to Olive Garden to celebrate her birthday. My husband, sister, her son, my nephew, and I were there and we had a picture of my mother on my phone so it felt like she was there with us. My nephew's only six and he loved her very much and our waiter instead of going to get the group of people and doing the normal cheesy Olive Garden obligatory happy birthday song, it was just him. He sang it, it was very heartfelt, very sweet and we appreciated it so much! He went out of his way to add that last little personal touch.
