The design of interior looks like fired pie but more cleaner. Decorations are nice and looks comfortable. Very nice pricing because of one price all toppings. Price per pizza is actually cheaper than Pizza Hut. But the quality of the pizzas are a lot better than other same price range pizza shops. However, one thing to notice is that the pizza is pretty thin. If looking for thick pizza this is not the place.
Was awesome ! They have a huge variety of dough , sauces , and toppings ! It’s kind of like subway but pizza :) Super tasty and definitely crispy :)

Love Mods. You make your own custom pizza. Great service and the people are always fun and polite. Been to many different ones and always great.
I frequent this MOD and have had no issues. In fact the staff has always been fantastic. I would recommend this location to anyone without a second of hesitation.
Made to order, perfect, fresh and crispy thin-crust pizzas. Delicious salads. And don't forget the No-name cake for dessert. Our favorite pizza place!
We came in tonight and were helped by Vance. He seemed to be genuinely kind and helpful person and we really enjoyed our experience. The food was delicious too! 10/10 would come again :-)
The staff are always friendly, they make your pizza the exact way you ask for it. I come here often, and have never had a bad experience. Food is always good and the prices are reasonable. Sometimes I wish they weren't so popular, cause if you go at a certain time of day, there is a long line and a long wait.
Tried Mod for the first time and was welcomed by Shawn's friendly face! He was ready to help and made suggestions for being new. The pizza was tasty and so were the cheese sticks as recommended by Conrad! Great food, great staff and excellent service. Will be back!
Nothing to write home about. Was excited to try but not my cup of tea.
