Horrible drive thru service. We ordered breakfast on the app BEFORE breakfast ended. Went through the drive thru and the whatever gender it was had attitude and tried to argue with us over when the order was placed even tho we had the time stamps. When the manager spoke over the intercom, she was VERY unprofessional and rude. Teach your employees not to be ghetto
When we pulled up to window to get our order we got a sprite instead of water we ordered, chicken nuggets in happy meal instead of the cheeseburger we ordered, we got 1 ice cream cone but ordered 2 had to wait a while before employee realized it & gave us the other one. Had to wait longer for them to correct happy meal. The sweet tea we got tasted so bad we just threw it out.
They have the friendliest women at the drive thru register...wish I knew her name but she is great! Worked breakfast, 8am today 6/27. She will keep people coming back despite competitors.
What’s the point of having a drive thru when you send everyone to sit in the parking lot. I waited for 30 minutes for my food. 4 vehicles got their food before me and they were behind me on line!!! I had to go in and complain in order to even get my order. And even then the workers couldn’t care less. Don’t waste your time at this McDonald’s, go to Burger King down the road.
We ordered curbside for breakfast. We ordered a lot to prepare for our family trip . The food was hot and came out very quickly. We were pleasantly surprised and the kids were happy. We tried the orange Mango sushi which is gross and overly sweet. But everything else was good. It was exactly what we ordered despite several substitutions being made. The emoyee who brought it out was super nice and polite even asked if we needed anything else.
This location has a fantastic staff, they're always polite and get my order right every time without making me wait. The lines do tend to get long but I feel like the staff have a great flow because the line always moves along at a decent pace.
What's the point of repeating my order multiple times if you still can't get it right? Very poor customer service. No wonder they don't wear name tags. I would be embarrassed if I couldn't properly perform my job at a fast food joint. Literally the easiest job on the planet and these people can't get an order right.
I usually like McDonald's and this was no exception. Had nuggets and fries and they were good. I think I'll always like McDonald's.
Always in issue in the drive thru. No cards or no cash or no app or something. Never a smooth visit, but this is the closest location to my house so I have to deal with it.
Ok sitting down and I can hear an employee cussing and talking loud and at first I’m like some punk kid. But when I got up to order I see that he’s actually a manager!! I was shocked. It wouldn’t be so bad if this was canes or in n out but this is marketed to children. Have a little class.
