I pulled in and did a mobile order, ordered two sandwiches and two diet sodas. Waited 20 minutes no one showed up with my food. Went inside and no one had even started my order. They were focus on the drive through, when I ask what happened with my order, the girl started telling me that they didn’t have any diet sodas. So I ask for coffee instead, she said they didn’t have any coffee made. So I ask for ice cream she said the ice cream machine was broke. That place needs to be shut down. Matter of fact they all need to be shut down. No matter which MC Donald’s I go to they can’t seem to get anything right. I ended up just getting a refund!
Approximately four days ago we went and got our regular deal we always ask for our food to be made fresh and it usually shows on the receipt this particular time our nuggets were hard as rocks and our fries were old and soggy. I made sure to speak with somebody immediately her name was veronica who said not to worry she took my name and said she was going to take care of it. The other day I went and sat in line for about 30 minutes just to be told that they only took cash so I would not be able to place the rest of my order nor would I be able to get their replacement due to the amount of cars in the drive-through.So today I decided to call ahead understanding the situation of being crowded the lunch rush and then a dinner rush and I was told that they cannot honor The replacement since my name wasn’t on the list that’s perfectly fine I completely get it however the person who claimed to be the manager refused to spell her name for me and told me if she would’ve thought her name for me she was almost sure that I would use her name as the person who said I would more then likely use her name as the person who said I can have a replacement meal or “free food“. I live around the corner and give this restaurant way too much business than I should but these experiences within the last week have been terrible!
The service was very slow, they took away the fountain drink machine at the front & trying to get a refill was terrible. They messed up on a refill order asked for Coke was given Dr. Pepper & this happened to a few people. They only have two registers also & closed down part front to expand kitchen I guess but it's standing room only. Also tried to use the kiosk machine to order & it was useless. If I am paying for a service then I want someone to talk too, to take my order, get a hi, a smile from them, & a machine can't do that. If you order from a machine then it's less people so prices so be cheaper wrong. The staff was nice especially the new girl that was at the register learning. A guy asked her if she was new & she said Yes! The guy was that's okay learn the job your doing great even after his order was messed up. I did see a manager or supervisor interrupt them as the guy was trying to ask about the mistake on the order. The lady never said sorry or anything.
Went for breakfast and got the 2 for 2.50 biscuits and sausage. The dining room is open for sitting. Even, the jungle gym is open for play! Great cashier and teamwork as a staff. I enjoyed the atmosphere and food.
I ride a motorcycle and so does everyone I know and every time we try to go through the drive thru they tell us they can't take us through the drive thru and so we ordered through Doordash and they forgot the sauces, napkins, straws, and fries for my Doordash order and we simply asked if we could go through the drive thru they told us of course we take bikes so we said ok whatever now all the sudden you take bikes ok so we go to the window to let them know we were here because they didnt want to answer us at the speaker and they said we would have to wait in line for an additional 30-45 minutes for the two friea that should have been in my order originally meanwhile our food is getting cold at home and the manager we spoke to the whole time had attitude and were just outright disrespectful.
Different McDonald's, Glendale and 43rd. Drive thru very busy. Staff was pleasant. Food was technically correct. I ordered 20 piece nuggets. And they forgot all the sauces. No sauce. Will have to be more precise when I go next time. They are obviously not paying attention.
Briah did an amazing job handling a long line of customers and being able to manage with a smile!! She was kind compassionate and extremely extremely patient with all of us in line despite her being the only cashier.I didn’t notice though when she asked for help she didn’t receive proper help at good timing but I understand it was busy but she did a great job with and without proper help!! She was smiling and making great conversation with everybody in line was ordering and handled great customer service she was an exemplary employee!
This is the worse location I've been too, I live close by so unfortunately so I've dealt with this location for some time now. I try not to stop by at this location but every time I do they ALWAYS mess something up. Today I received nuggets instead of a cheese burger. Time before that they made me wait 30 min to get my food, they came to my spot to get the receipt cuz they deleted the order. When ever I go at night the kids that take my order never want to be there, I get it but do your jobs. This location is just a disaster stay away!
This McDonald's is beyond the worst. I went through the drive-thru and had to deal with this experience. I didn't have the time to wait additional time after getting to the window, so I let the guy at the window know that I could not wait the 5-10 minutes to please issue me a refund. The kid not only made me wait the full amount of time but talked so much junk about it. This guy was beyond the rudest out there; he needs to take a look at himself before talking about others. JsI normally don't post of photo of the employees appearance but this guy is now warning others. I saw him spit in someone's drink while I was forced to wait. Unacceptable. McDonald's do better!
