I dont order fries here anymore cause they are always wet noodles. The burgers are like 2 out of 10. My main problem is consistancy with this location. Either the food is warm and tastes good (as good as mcdonalds can taste) or it's cold and tastes like it's been sitting out all day. I'd recommend trying another location, this place just seems poorly run in terms of food standards. Got breakfast a few days later, and waited 15 mins outside after ordering hotcakes and a hash brown in drive thru. I eventually had to get out of my car and go inside..only to find everyone in the drive thru behind me has already gone..and my food was sitting on the counter in a bag. POOR service!
I'm done coming here. All I order is a drink with extra ice and they never get it right. I asked the boy if he put in extra ice and he lied and said yes. I worked at mcd's for years as a manager. I know what it looks like to put extra ice. There service is always mediocre, even when I pick up my Uber orders. They need better training or management.
Easily the worst, most unreliable McDonalds I've tried to visit in AZ. In 7 visits, I've managed to order once. They frequently open late, close early, or simply ignore you at the menu despite there being other vehicles in the drive through. The one time I successfully ordered, all customization on the order was completely ignored. Avoid this place as best you can, and have a backup plan ready if you go on a time limit.
Nooooooo Martin!!! I made a song to remember your name I was gonna give a 5 star for the customer service but when I got home everything was wrong lol. I simply wanted 2 mc muffins with egg and bacon. Then I wanted 2 more the same but with ham which I couldn't apparently so I asked for sausage instead of ham and to take the Buns off. Ended up getting 2 sausage and bacon with no eggs. 2 sausage with egg and 1 bacon muffin....... non of them mcmuffins either they used the other bread..... and they still forgot to take the Buns off the 2. It probably isn't Martin's fault the ladies in the back must've read the order wrong.

The employees were touching their hair then touching food then a manger eatiing fries on the line and they have air pods in and goofing around
Every single time I visit this particular McDonald's. I'm missing food and when I return to receive what I already paid for, I get nothing but attitude from the staff. If I could give zero stars I would.
Fast service, drive thru was a long line, but walked in Boom, its here fast.
