I want to first thank martin for his excellent service and attention to detail, I ce here almost regularly and they have yet to disappoint. This last time was for my daughters graduation and they were able to take my pretty Large party. The service was still top notch and there team made us feel like we were at home. They were able to serve us quick our food was delicious as always but the biggest reason I keep coming back is for there service and friendly staff. Thank you Manuel's for everything I will see you guys soon.
This place has been going down hill for a while. Food isn’t worth the wait or poor service anymore.
Manuel's is one of the best places for authentic Mexican food! They have an extensive menu loaded with tasty appetizers, main meals and desserts. Also a good beverage list. I love the enchilada dinner! Fast and friendly service, huge portions and always very satisfying. When you get up from the table you feel like your mom made the dinner! Excellent service!
I'm part of Kiwanis Glendale Group. We meet here every Wednesday. The staff is always a delight, the restaurant is clean, and the food is Amazing! The enchiladas our my favorite! They have great chips and salsa... the red sauce is delicious as well! I highly recommend Manuel's restaurant for authentic Mexican cuisine. Yummy ?

We needed to find a spot for dinner near GCC and boy did we ever. This is the spot you are looking for. We didn't think much of it for going on a Thursday night. The parking lot was packed. We knew we found a great restaurant. The wait was as long as you would have thought for a full parking lot. The service was friendly. The food came out quickly and was delicious and the portions filled us up. Definitely try them out, great all around Mexican restaurant!
After moving out of state, I had an opportunity to return and enjoy dinner again. The chips and salsa with cilantro is extremely good. We had enchiladas and shredded beef tacos with tostadas. The food was very hot, served quickly and moderately priced. Very clean restaurant and friendly servers. We have eaten here many times and we happy to come and visit again!
Have been going to Manuel's since we moved here in 1993.... Was excellent. But lately not so much. Go back to the old recipes!!!! Food is not as good as before. I ordered a regular ground beef taco. I got a taco shell that looked like it had been deep fried and then dunked in water... It was discusting. I did not order deep fried taco!? Will probably not order from them again?
I have been coming here for over 30 years, the food is always great and the service is usually exceptional. Until last night. The waitress we had (never seen her before) was dismissive, pretended to not hear us when we asked questions, got our drinks wrong, which we didn't say anything about- it was busy and it wasn't that big a deal. Then our food was not what we ordered. My husband said "that's not what I ordered" and she completely ignored him, he looks at me and I said, well it may not be what you ordered but it looks good, so whatever. She never even acknowledged the error. As my husband was still eating his food- literally fork in mouth, she came by and took his plate that still had food on it. Very bizarre experience.Still rating high though, one bad experience doesn't change 30+ years of good.
