Just went to this location, first the store is very beautiful and clean, im in love that everything is so organized and neat, the ice cream choices are extraordinary. The staff are so sweet and very patient. I appreciate everyone that works to keep that place beautiful and neat. Great work to the hiring manager for their staff and the teamwork. Can't wait to go back.
First time here and I can say I love the place but the customer service is horrible. I was attended by the manager and as a manager my self I always try my best to make my clients happy. Well it was not the case with her so I had to get a supervisor to help me. Now that was a bright woman because right away she explained my mistake and let me know that refunds don’t happen but she was kind to help me out today. I respect when someone can communicate and reason and solve the problem.
Top of the line antojitos. Always grateful for this price of heaven on earth. Everything there is amazing!! It's pricy though and sometimes there can be a long line. .
They are always so busy with customers, I had to wait over 20 minutes -with my kid- for someone to even greet me. Great ice cream, poor service wait time. A bit pricey. (Saturday late evening)
Had a very unpleasant visit. Was given the wrong item and when I told the Manager regarding the wrong item received I was advised that they didn’t returns and if I wanted the correct item that I would have to pay again. I explained that I didn’t want what they had gave me and returned untouched item to Manager and she said that was their return policy.They pretty much stole my money as they refused a refund on the incorrect item and refused to make the correct one without me paying for a new one.If I could give negative stars I would, they obviously need to improve their customer service
Horrible customer service and give you the wrong items. Once you let them know they refuse refund or to prepare correct one.Would like to have someone reach out to me as I want a refund for the wrong items that were returned untouched.

This place is amazing so many options of ice cream so many options of chamoyadas you have so much options here I definitely recommend this place they're very nice quick and have a great option of chips fruit fresh fruit raspados anything that you could think of of a ice cream Mexican shop this is perfect
The ice cream is not out of the extraordinary but is good.
