They were very pleasant but they didn't has any brand of sweetener and forgot to include plastic ware.
This Unit is a great place. It's clean, the people are well trained. The food good.It was a pleasant change to see such Profesionalism.
Waited a few minutes for someone to help me. They just kept looking at me. No one pointed out that I was waiting. Finally got to place my order. It wasn't what I ordered. Didn't want to wait until someone else noticed
My mom and I always enjoy our lunch there and great carry out orders too.The customer service there is wonderful. Everyone is very kind and helpful.The food is fresh and always great!The restaurant is always very clean and a very enjoyable place to relax and have lunch.We were there Saturday morning, April 9th.My compliments to management!
I was greeted by Arturo and he also took my order. He was very nice and the service was really fast. The place looked super clean and it was a great temperature inside. My order vas complete and delicious. The chicken fresh and warm like is supposed to be. I usually don’t like the cole slaw salad but I really liked theirs. So there, I think is the first Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant that I have found clean and where they don’t mess with my order and where I really liked their chicken. So this location is approved !
I drove my motorcycle expecting to dine in but the door was locked due to staff shortage. I went to the drive thru and ordered a #1. They wouldn't discount the drink that I'm unable to carry on my bike. So I left. The Peoria KFC had only 2 employees working and the had the lobby and drive thru wide open
3-20-22 ordered online.. states order will be ready at 8:30pm. Show up at 8:30 sharp for pickup. Girl states "we're closed due to short staffing "- :uh ok but you took my money and now I don't get any food?"She replies " I don't know what to tell you" with a bad attitude. I've been going to this KFC for years.. not any longer !
Asked for 2 famouse bowls.... Got charged for 2 famouse bowls...... and only got 1. Don't theese people check their orders before they pack it? It's not the first time eighter. They make sure they charge you though! Never going there again.
Couldn’t find my receipt so decided to leave a review. I’ve been to this location twice through the drive thru and at different times. Once around lunch and the other at dinner. Both times my food was so fresh and delicious! Not to mention the cashier was very fast and friendly, keep up the great work ! Ohh and not sure if they prepackage the boxes but both times I’ve gotten 2 cookies with my order.
Even with having to pull up to the front and wait . All my food was hot and fresh. Staff were all very friendly even while extremely busy on a Friday night
