We got the family meal and ordered the chicken tenders and the boned in chicken. We opened the mashed potatoes and they were almost see through. There was no consistency to them and they had a sour taste. We were very disappointed and had to throw away half our meal. We got coleslaw and mashed potatoes and so when the mashed potatoes were out, it made for kinda a crummy meal. Probably won't go back and we pray we don't get sick. The flavor was off for sure. Then tried to call the store to let them know and no one answers the phone.
First we love KFC but on our last visit we got a large mashed potatoes that were spoiled. We do NOT want anything but we were concerned that they were handing out bad potatoes to many customers. We call 3 times to the store no answer and no way to leave a message. Next we called the KFC corporate number. Put on hold for over 20 minutes no answer no way to leave message and no information about how long our wait would be. KFC on pinnacle peak and 36 ave in Phoenix. Saturday 5:10 pm, April 30 2022.
Why tf would you mix a Taco Bell with KFC? Stop doing drugs ? whats next mixing a McDonalds with Filibertos Etc? How the heck does that even work inside as an employee?
Very rude and unprofessional service. Refused to let me pick up my online order at drive-thru. When I came inside, still refused to give it to me after I showed email confirmation. Worst KFC ever! Will not come back!
The worst KFC ever. Do not go here even if it is quick. Drive through was fast but got home and the quality was the worst I have ever had.
I stopped by today to buy a familiei 16pc bucket. And I was very disappointed the meat supposed to be extra crispy and was all the exterior moisture and bitter the cole slaw was bitter bitter and I supposed to get 8 biscuit and I got 6. I was calling them no answer. Never ever buy from this place.
I was recommended the hot wings. Worst thing I could buy from there I got a 6 piece and the way they make them is they bread them and then they just drizzle the sauce that you order with them on it so it's not like a hot wing anywhere else you go definitely would give it a one star.. worst place to go for wings
They won't pick up phone, the Mashed Potatoes smelled of old stagnant water and rags. Called the 1800 number to complain about their potential food poisoning, but even the 800 number they don't pick up. How can management allow this?

Sweet staff, food was great, everything was fresh and hot and just as expected. Was a 30 minute drive for us to get here and it worked out well.
