This is my favorite local restaurant. Love the Honey chicken. Love it's crunchiness. We tried all the noodles over our many visits. My favs are the Hong Kong noodles and the Udon noodles. Sweet and sour soup, served family style is a great start. (Would love to see more veggies in the soup). Wait staff here is great.
Hands down one of my favorite places to eat when visiting Arizona! The food, sushi, and drinks are incredible, and the service has always been exceptional. Highly recommend!
The Tonkotsu Ramen was delicious. A big bowl. Was missing the seaweed and green onion. Staff was friendly. Clean Restaurant.
The food was great! I had Mongolian beef and the beef was very soft & tender. They must marinate it before hand. The Sesame chicken was good. They have an option to not have breaded chicken so you can get regular chicken with any dish. Also a gluten free option for any dish. Great idea and we will come back.
We love their Mongolian Beef and their Pork Lo Mein. We have been getting repeat orders over the last seveal years. Make sure you go to the Kawaii located on Happy Valley Road. It has recipes tweaked by a wonderful chef. We tried the other location only once. Same dishes were not as good. The sushi was thoughtfully prepared and tasted great.
Very friendly, bubbly staff! Been meaning to try this place for a while, but it was always packed.... finally did it and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was ...I had their peppercorn beef and it was delicious! Only made it through half, and the leftovers were even better the next day. A bit pricey, but otherwise great!
Meh, second time trying since they opened. Wasn’t impressed the first time and probably won’t go back. Ordered take-out and thought I might get a message that it was done since the site said 45-50 minutes but didn’t. I arrived at the expected time anyway and was surprised that my order was sitting on a bookshelf behind the cashier. Only two tables were occupied so not sure when they made my order or how long it had been waiting on the shelf. Brought it home and immediately noticed the fishy smell. Anyone that knows sushi, knows that fishy smell isn’t good. It’s troubling that a sushi chef would include spoiled fish. Save your money.
What a great find while visiting Glendale!! We arrived during happy hour and the selection of rolls for $5 each was quite enticing and we dove in head first. The miso soup was the best I have ever had! The tuna and salmon were both fresh and so tasty, couldn't stop stuffing in the bites. What I did discover was that all the other places I've been that say "spicy" have been holding out. The spicy rolls here won't burn the house down, but there's enough Sriracha to let you know the heat is on. FABULOUS food, superb service, great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Definitely on the "must visit" list for the next trip to Glendale.
Always crowded, but for a great reason! The food is great. Only reason for 4 stars is that it is a little expensive. Would definitely go back if I have an Asian itch.
