This was probably one of the worst experiences ever, especially on Father’s Day. The hostess was not welcoming at all, she looked annoyed, and our server took at least 15-20 minutes to even notice that we were seated. He never came around once to check on us besides to give us our food and the receipt. It then took him 30 minutes to realize that i was ready to pay because he wasn’t paying attention to his tables. I could’ve walked out without paying and nobody would’ve noticed because they don’t care for their customers. Absolutely terrible service.
So I went to a Johnny rockets last week at AZ Mills and they had horrible service, well.. This Johnny Rockets never dissappoints they have amazing customer service! The staff is super friendly and even with my complicated order they were super patient with me about it. Definitely recommend coming to this location their food is amazing!
My son turned 16 and picked this place. I hadn't been here in about 9yrs and am now vegetarian. I was happy to see options for me, the Boca Soy Burger and Impossible pattie we're available and priced high. Myself and 3 kids ate and spent $60. Only 3 people for a drink. The burgers have gotten smaller as well as the portion for the fries. I feel that we paid more than the food was worth. We were given a milk shake before the food came out and it was already watery when delivered. The food came about 15minutes later. The restaurant was clean but not welcoming. There were no customers in the building. We were not greeted. It seemed like they were in the process of closing. The person who took our order was friendly and attentive but the experience overall wasn't good. I wish we would have gone somewhere else. We will likely not return.
Food was great . Really delicious . I recommend the food but the restaurant needs more care . Needs more clean ,renovation and need to lower the Ac . It was extremely cold . Had to leave . And the music was loud . I hope that they fix these things to get 5 stars because the food really worth the renovation for this restaurant. Also waiters are awesome too
Whoever owns this restaurant should be absolutely ashamed! It’s disgusting, I didn’t bother taking pictures of the disgusting bathrooms as there are reviews that go way back on that subject the amount of filth is disappointing considering you pay an average of $14 for a burger and fries which were nothing to write home about they are equal to going to a Carls Jr. Actually Carls Jr is better.
22$!!???? Outside furniture and windows are so disgusting im literally sick to my stomach. This place is a dump! Holy hell staff just came out of the restroom wo washing his hands!!!!
Loved Johnny Rockets since I was a kid and it never fails to impress me as an adult, burgers still taste like they did back then! Traditional ingredients made to order just like it was intended...... And come in for a true shake all natural homemade..mmmmmmmmmmmm
Trashcan of a place. You will wait 30 mins for your food. Like its that hard to make. You can save the money and make your own burger and it will taste way better than here. Don't get me started on the bathroom, so bad.

Paid $45 for for a Burger, chicken strips, shake and a philly cheese steak..wouldn't mind that so much, but ALL the food is utterly bland and disgusting and tastes like oil. The restaurant looks run down and is dirty, and the bathrooms are dirty and disgusting and smell like pee. What a shame, it shows they take no pride in their business!
