gone there 6 times. Different days of the week, different times of the day and ordered different sandwiches.... struck out EVERY time. High priced, under stacked, run of the mill sandwiches.The only redeeming factor which why the 3- is the employee service ALWAYS friendly and professional and the cleanliness of the restaurant.
On 051822 I walked in with my daughter just before their closing time. The door was unlocked and open, but the employees said sorry we are closed. For this kind of customer service, I will never use this store again!
Very good sandwich and I got Jimmy John's brand sea salt and vinegar chips...whew super strong and could only eat a half bag.
My sub was fantastic. I was disappointed when I went once & they had closed before their posted closing time by an hour.
Ordered a #7 - they were out of capicola so they were suppose to substitute with salami, instead all I got was 5 round pieces of salami one piece of cheese all for $11.00. Jokes on me, I guess that's how jimmy John's saves money
The Tuna sandwich I had was good. I felt it lacked enough tuna inside the sub.
I recently ate at the location on 58th Ave and Thunderbird. I ordered a 8" turkey with avocado and provolone cheese. I ask for the cheese on half of the sandwich.. Total was $9 and some change. My sandwich had very little turkey.It had more cheese than turkey. And the avocado "spread" was also skimpy. I enoyed my lettuce, onion sandwich (my half was the no cheese). For $9 I expected more than just bread.
So I order Jimmy John’s for delivery at 5:20 pm(literally said order received on tracker) I figure 20-30 min max. You know cause they are “freaky fast” they called me after 40 minutes to tell me they got busy and my order was out for delivery…ok cool I live less than 5 min away it should be here within 10 minutes. Okay so for those following the timeline it’s now 6 pm I am thinking 50 min is still too long for a couple of sandwich’s (no onion) 6:23 is when my doorbell rang because it calls my cell. That’s over an hour to get delivery from a place I could walk to in 10 minutes.I think they didn’t see my order and had to make it when they called me(still shouldn’t have been that long) they were apologetic for sure. I understand being short staffed because no one wants to work. But to top it off there were onions on the sandwich that request no onions. I pulled them off but wasn’t happy. I didn’t want to wait 2 hours for them to fix the mistake and since it’s not an allergy issue it was easier.I was severely disappointed in my Jimmy John’s experience. I won’t say I won’t be back because 90% of people who claim that are just upset and will eventually return. I will be taking a break from this sandwich shop as there are plenty in the area.Shame too cause I never was a fan until recently.Please try an do better
This place cannot seem to pull it together. They've delivered once to the house across the street. Tonight they "called us 3 times" to verify the order. Got someone else? So they canceled our order. We called about 45 minutes later. Finally got it all figured out. But we would have to REORDER and WAIT AGAIN without any ETA.FREAKY FAST?! those were the days.
Love the place, but why close up 15 min early?if you close at 8:45 jist change your hours.
