A funny addition to my food…upon arrival at the window several minutes after ordering my food i was greeted by laughing employees…I thought to myself how could working at jack in the box in the middle of the night be funny?? Then I got home and started to eat my food and found this little piece of a plastic tag in my food and realized why they were laughing!!! ??????I’ve lived here for 33 years and have always utilized this jack in the box until tonight…I will never be back and encourage anyone else reading this to steer clear!!!
They are slow, and they over cook everything they pre make some of the food items and sever you cold food that should be made fresh and served hot

We have been patronizing this business several times a week for months now. We have a distinctive vehicle and distinctive dress/features. I lost it and asked for a long time employee when the trainee managed to screw up a simple order in absolutely every way possible. When we got to the window long time employee started in on me when I hadn't said a further word about it. Made it all about me. Claimed she never saw us before. I already knew you have a chip on your shoulder which as a customer regular or not I should not know but now you have lost a regular customer. BYE!
Staff is very courteous! Dining room was clean! Drive thru was fast! Food was hot and fresh! 10/10
It's Jack in the box you know the drill. That said was getting a group order for lunch and didn't have the pineapple shakes anymore someone wanted. They easily substituted though
I use the app to have my breakfast ready on my way to teaching. Martha is always able to brighten my day ... She is amazing with customers. Great way to start my day!
The food is good, but the price has gone up and the size of the food had gotten smaller. Recommend eating before you go.
I have been to this location twice now...Other day was there and I always order a Sourdough Jack no Ketchup and when I opened the box it was the most picture perfect burger from jack I've EVER received I mean EVER !! It could have come off the poster itself ! It was super delicious down to the last bite. Tonight got a rumbly in my tummy, the memory of that burger came back, thought what the hell was probably a fluke but decided to go back... The drive thru lady was so kind and professional made my experience excellent and whoever it is you have on the Grill is AMAZING deserves a BIG raise because they really take pride in there presentation, my burger was just as great as last time... Perfectly toasted on BOTH sides hot and fresh.Thank you to the Evening crew, you ROCK
Food was JitB food... but my debit card got left there and it was still there when I called about it hours later. Thank you!!
