Chicken strips were big and hot. But the ice machine without ??♀ so my soda have no ice.

Went here on Monday night the 16th of may of 2022 to buy there $1.00 chicken sandwich and it give us food poisoning we are thinking it was the saggy chicken or the rotten mayo. I have submitted a complaint with ADHS. Hopefully it gets taken care of immediately.
Staff were talking too much. I had to ask for ketchup twice. I order a burger with no cheese. The employee repeated it to me and it reflected no cheese on the screen. What did I get on my burger.... ?.. also no napkins.
I’ve been on a strawberry shake kick here recently and having gone to some places that acted as if they and they alone had invented the shake, Jack In The Box has knocked the Shake game Out of The Box! It’s Got to be Real Ice cream. It’s just gotta. I can’t imagine why else they would taste so daggone delicious. I make mi amigas try it and they’re all “nooo. Noooo. I don’t want tooo, my diet,,,, Mmmm That is Good!” Go grab a milkshake Champ.
They have one male employee who works at night and he runs the show. He seems like he is the only one working and I feel he should be recognized. He is so respectful. Never messes up our order.
Order the 50/50 popcorn chicken when I opened the box to consume my order there was a very small handful of fries which were very cold also there was about five little spicy popcorn chickens that were like the end of the bag with no chicken and just breading and like five or four of the regular chickens also end of the bag more breading than actual chicken it’s very displeasing especially because of the fact that the combo meal is $10 plus tax I go to this Jack-in-the-Box regularly and I spend my hard earned money they’re so I feel like it’s unfair that I’ve came all the way back to my home and my meal is absolutely else unappetizing the quality is absolutely horrible and the packaging and presentation is a joke I tried to call the restaurant they do not answer the phone they send me to voicemail and then hang up on me please contact me ASAP thank you
Whoever was working the drive thru at around 11 this morning was incredibly chill. Had a good attitude about him and was really attentive. I had a pickup order and he asked if I wanted sauces which no other location has done. He also asked if I wanted a specific flavor of their tea since the app only allows you to choose between sweetened or unsweetened. Again, never had that happen before. Dude needs a raise asap. The burger was tasty and the fries were hot and crispy. I haven't been to this location in a while and I had my doubts but they made me eat my words haha. I'll definitely be back.
Always double check your bags before leaving. Food was fine, if it weren't for the fact that I was missing 2 items off my order. I even checked my receipt to make sure I did not misspeak and say the wrong order, but I saw I was charged for food I did not receive. I even asked for ranch and the guy gave me ketchup in my bag which I did not notice until I got home; not a big deal on the sauce issue, but goes to show not only was my order messed up, but a simple request of sauce was too. Side note, it was not even rush hour when I ordered, so it was not like they were stressed from it being super busy. They were taking their time but were still simply incompetent; so make sure your orders are correct before leaving.Edit: They contacted me immediately the next day and resolved the issue very quickly and professionally. I did not want to delete the review above as it was my honest experience of what had occurred, but I genuinely am satisfied with the response from the regional manager and owner. Changed my original rating of 2 stars to the current 5 stars.
I guess the majority of the employees here....... still are in desperate need of proper training and basic people skills. WHEN I visited here recently on HALLOWEEN with friends and family we noticed the store getting robbed by little kids and they made off with at least 6 orders meant for other customers. While the manager of the establishment couldn't seem to get me my oreo shake remade after messing up and adding whip cream "that I'm allergic to* a shake That I requested very strickly without, but 15 minutes later my shake finally came even though they were not busy... They still took forever to remake something
