Yes visited on Tuesday the 19th. Walked in no one up front. Stood for a few seconds. Guy comes out on his phone. Phones have all kind of GERMS!!! Took my order and started cooking. Two more came from the back. Only one PERSON washed there HANDS!!!. When I said some thing about washing there HANDS, she said that there are sinks in back. So why did she wash in the front of the store. These people need to be more CLEAN!!! But my breakfast jack was cooked good. The tacos were cooked a little to SOFT!! No crunch to them.
Ordered #22 all we got was sandwich no drink or hash browns ordered #30 jumbo platter (very small portions) no receipt. Definitely not worth the $18 we paid. Not visiting Jack anytime soon.....
I went around three in the morning and they told me that the system was rebooting and I should be able to order in five minutes. I proceeded to sit in the Jack-in-the-Box parking lot for 45 minutes and when I finally went back through the drive-through they told me the same thing that it should only be about five minutes the system is rebooting.

I had been to this location during the day before and got the service was amazing! Last night (5/9/22), I went to this location at around 11 pm to pick up my online order. I was driving back home when I realized that I was missing parts of a combo. I drove back to get the combo and I was being understanding since it seemed as if the worker was the only one there. I got back home and ate my food. The following morning I woke up with the worst upset stomach and so did my sister who ate with my the night before. I am almost positive it was the chicken that made us sick. I definitely won’t be going back at night since it seems that night crew isn’t as hygienic as day crew.
There is a Mexican manager that cusses at the people doesn’t give you your orders right and kicks you out of the line. The hamburger was missing meat a patty. There is only five fries in the bag I called the police and she kick me out of the drive-through line bad bad service the manager is the one that has the bad service and she’s infecting the rest of the employees there.
Pick up a broom and use it in the lobby/restaurant. You all spent all this money to remodel the store and yet the inside looks as if the floor boards haven't been cleaned since reopening. The chairs at the front window have dried food on them. Also anyone who takes the SafeServe food classes know that fake nails and nails with nail polish aren't allowed, yet the staff has them. The 2 stars is only because staff showed up. Train your managers on the think above the line way, service will go up!!
Food is normally really good, made as I ordered it and fresh. I usually order from the AP and pick up through the drive thru. Store seems a little disorganized and employees can be a little rude at times.
Awesome place food gets delivered to car pretty fast if you do drive thru. I normally go in and the wait is minimal. I get their sour dough chicken with 3 pcs eggrolls. You wouldn't think eggrolls from here would be good, but they are. You gotta try them!
