Just tried to go threw the drive thru and was told I had to come inside because the drive thru register was down… now I know the headsets are cordless and they could process the transaction on one of the other two registers in the lobby the fact that the staff is that lazy to not walk the extra 10ft. Cmon seriously!?!?
Depending on who works there is it worth going they've been messing up a lot on orders and it's ridiculous check your food before you leave
I called ahead of time to make sure that my daughter grandson and I could dine in and while the dining room was open I was given my order bagged as a to go order but there were no napkins no fork no dressing for my salad. They say that they don’t offer a tray to dine in and they don’t leave condiments napkins anything else for the customer to get it themselves because of Covid, I think it’s laziness.
Best impossible burgers ever!! The lettuce and tomato are so fresh and crisp! And the price is way cheaper than Burger Kings impossible whopper not to mention they taste better than the impossible whopper too! Impossible jumbo jack with cheese is just lovely.
The "two stars" is more for the experience you have when you pull in the parking lot at the wrong time... on the south side of the parking lot there are a group of homeless living in the rocks and if you are going in to get food they will ask for money, food, drinks or whatever you can offer them. I also saw that they walk right in the restaurant to sit in the booths that are out of the cashier's view so they can enjoy the a/c and have more chances to ask patrons for money, food, etc.
What ever they got in this spicy popcorn chicken keeps me coming back
Don’t come here ! Ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal and they forgot my fries so I went and the wanted a receipt which I never received from the drive thru ! Got my fries that I payed for so I go back home and I see my daughters cheese burger had NO MEAT inside literally just cheese and buns ? Don’t get me started with my cherry coke soda that taste like water ??♀️
In my lifetime experiences probably one of the worst Jack in the boxes I've ever been to four times they've gotten my order wrong and once I've gotten food poisoning from it when I eat their breakfast tray in the evening. Well since the last review I've spoke to the manager they've compensated me a little bit from my troubles because they saw the review now I go in tonight order my burger same way I do every time it's a special order of course first time I go in they put something on it that I'm allergic to I go back in tell them I only want three condiments on it and it's a junior bacon cheeseburger they then take the bacon and the cheese off of it and just give me plain burger with three condiments that I requested horrible training portable customer service not to mention that when I walked into the restaurant Jocelyn the team leader for the night when I asked the cashier for the to use restroom Jocelyn chimed in and said oh no you have to purchase something before I can allow you to use the restroom I don't know how they do it out here but this isn't the way they do it in California obviously they do something wrong here they do not train their people in customer service corporate office you should be ashamed of this store.
Man when I say hot I mean freshly out the fryer/grill! My food was so freshly made that when I got home everything was still nice hot and crunchy! I never had a bad experience at this location....the loaded mini tacos are a must! And the chicken sandwich was so crunchy and hot! Never been disappointed here!
If it's the female manager with dark brown hair kinda short do not order from them she is rude and does not deserve her job period I have already reported her the other manager the man with the tattoos he is extremely nice and has great customer service skills and I've been going here every day for two years
