Kudos to the cook today!! I drove through before noon. I ordered tiny tacos for me & a SD Jack for Wes. I got 1 bite of Wes's SD Jack & it was the bomb!! Wes said his favorite sandwich hasn't tasted that good in years!! Keep the cook!! Ty for fantastic food!!
Came to have lunch with mom and four kids. It was a last minute lunch and I don’t live close to this locations but the kids were hungry and I was strapped for cash. I could not believe the sight of the restaurant. Every singe table was covered with trash, crumbs and greasy fingerprints. I the door was grimy and so gross. I immediately asked to talk to the manager. A young man came out and I told him about the problem. He said, “then eat somewhere else.” I couldn’t believe it. I asked for his boss’ name and number and he refused to give it to me. He was not wearing a uniform or name tag. The other employees seemed very nervous. And ignored me when i asked them for help. I did leave after arguing with this “manager” who clearly didn’t care about anything. I reached out to the corporate office with no response only the one that asked if my problem was solved to my satisfaction. I emailed them that it was not and that I didn’t hear back from anyone. Again, not response. The Glendale Jack in the box is disgusting and I will never return.UPDATE: to the owner, I did reach out the same day this happened. No response from Jack in the box. And I emailed them twice. You don’t care either, I’m sure if!!!!
This Location is by far the worst location I’ve ever been too. Tonight I spent $26.62 on cold stale fries plus my burger was made wrong. I ordered the #2 classic buttery jack and it was drenched in buffalo sauce to which I DID NOT ask for. My boyfriend ordered an $8 box and the tacos were cold he literally got 2 curly fries and only 5 single cold hard stale fries. The drive thru employee assured us that the order was correct as he kept putting me on hold when I was trying to place my order. I should of drove away then but I just got off work and was hungry. Then when I tried to call 2 times no one answered the phone. I’ve had this issue in the past when ordering breakfast. This was a waste of time and my hard earned money. I will be making a corporate call Monday morning. If I could give this location zero stars I absolutely would!!
Their prices at the drive through menu screen are not updated. I got a burguer and the price at the menu screen was $2.29, and the price they charge me was $2.99 plus tax!! Maybe is not a big difference on price, but it is like they are stealing from us, is not fair. I told the employee why he was charging more than what it showed on the screen, and he said that they needed to change the prices, but they haven't done it.... Ok seems that they are not doing their job right.
Twice on different dates I've ordered from the Jack app and when I've arrived to pick up my order they didn't have the one of the items ordered and already paid for. Didn't want a substituted item and was told there's nothing they can do and that I would have to cancel/refund it from the app myself. There is no way to do this and I've sent in the issue from there website including date, time, location, order number and what I was charged for and didn't receive going on 4 different times now with the first one being about 3 weeks ago. No one has made any attempt to reach out to me, offer any type of resolution or give me my money back nor credit my account. Don't know why the app allows you to order items that aren't available and if you do there is nothing anyone or yourself can do to correct the issue of being charged for something you don't receive. It feels like there literally stealing money from me and they shrug there shoulders about it like it's no biggie.
This is not a 24 hour jack in the box, so why is the website not updated or on signs?Also I went to get tiny tacos that's all a worker at this hour did not know how to run register how is that possible? I believe staff should have knowledge of the whole restaurant to avoid this situation,especially when drive thru claims to be open 24 hrs.I think more staff is needed and more training as well!
I get this is a fast food place but man If I could give this Jack in the Box 0 stars I would every time. Worst Jack in the Box in Glendale. There are not many times I left this particular Jack in the Box happy. They ALWAYS mess up the meal some way some how. Today they forgot to not only give us our receipt, but also forgot, one burger and 2 medium fries. Sadly this is the THIRD TIME this has happened it feels as if they are told to do it. Our mistake for not checking the bag I guess?? We keep giving them chances but this is ridiculous. Then when you go to call no one answers. I highly encourage you go to the location on 59th Ave near Missouri Ave. This place is truly a waste of your time. IF you HAVE to go or choose this location it's your choice but PLEASE make sure you get your receipt and check your bags BEFORE leaving the window. Hold them accountable It's likely they messed up your order or forgot to give you an item or two.
Fantastic customer service in the drive through. Even a thank you after they handed me my order. It was nice to have please, yes and thank you as part of a conversation. Great Job!!!
Clearly the worst jack in the box I'm town. They close at random times without even posting a sign, just locking the doors and refusing to answer the drive through.Just visited and they gave me the wrong burger, the wrong drink, and forgot my chicken strips all together.Only reason I came back was the next closest one has a horrible drive thru but I guess that will have do going forward.
I don’t care when I go to this store or the time of day they never have milkshakes! I ordered a salad recently and it had shredded letttuce. The biggest thing I don’t like about this store is early in the mornings their cash register has to reset set itself for the next day. It usually takes maybe five minutes for this. A few times I go there they tell me they won’t be open for awhile because of the register resetting. I have gotten anywhere from a half hour to one hour before they will open again.
