Fast service and always accurate, unlike every other drive thru nowadays. Solid favorite on that factor alone.
Jack N Box has always been my favorite place. I love the sourdough grilled chicken club. I arrived home with my order and saw a cheese burger instead. I took a picture and returned the next day with my receipt. I asked for the correct sandwich. I arrived home and the chicken was pink, no bacon. Nasty sandwich. I will not go back to the location in Surprise on Bell and Grand. They were rude also.
3-21-22 the staff was nice the order was right I just have to send back my curly fries they were old other than that it was okay
Like this location never gotten my order wrong.Fyi no more loaded bacon potato wedges.
Of all the Jack in the Box establishments I have visited this one has really impressed me with their customer service and friendliness. Food was good and what I would expect from this chain.
Burger was wrong,fries were old went back in to exchange and nobody would help me. Gave it away to the person on the corner asking for money.
Fries fresh...but tacos cold....quick service!

This is THE CLEANEST jack in the box I have ever seen! Extremely friendly staff, too.
