Ran into an old friend. We worked together years ago. It was nice catching up with her. Food was good, but they took away the harvest grain pancakes, my favorites. Restaurant was clean and staff courteous.

It was great my daughter took my 3 grandsons and myself to breakfast for my birthday and 2 of my grandson's who share the same month as I do it was a bit crowded which I expected but I'm in a power chair and they accommodated us very well! This is a great restaurant I have been here several times and will continue my patronage to them!

Do not care about Togo customers. Ordered ahead and called it in, then was told it would be 10 min. Waited 10 min THEN drove to the location. I proceeded to wait another 30 min and not once did someone check up on me or my order. I didn't get my order till I reminded the host that I was waiting for one. I would give 0 stars and wanted to spit on them

Typical Sunday, busy as heck. Once we placed our order it took at least 45 minutes to get. That doesn't include the time we waited to be seated. The food was your typical pancakes, eggs and bacon. Asked for extra crispy bacon and that did not happen. Wasn't going to send it back cuz it took so long to get our food. The young man that was our waiter was nice and apologized for the wait.

Been to this location plenty of times over the years. Always great service. Sometimes a little wait when they're busy but nothing too unbearable. If I go to IHOP it's because I want French toast or their Philly cheese steak sandwich, both are very good. Clean and friendly.

The breakfast plates are perfect size and price! Yummy and filling! The customer service is great and the people are friendly! Just need cinnamon to go with their pancakes and that would make it perfect!

Our experience was a little varied. My partner was having a bad time while It was mediocre for me. We waited a out an hour with 3 other tables in the restaurant during a work week morning. Barely anyone was there. Long story short all of our food was undercooked. Nothing was cooked at the right temperature. His pancakes and my waffles were breaking open and soft/wet inside. The onion rings and frys weren't cooked in hot oil as it fell apart and were very floppy and soft (not something you'd expect for onion rings) The poached eggs were alright, though I would have liked if they were cooked longer.Thankfully the meat in the burger was fully cooked. It was warm so I'll give it that. The other two saving graces were the oreo milk shake (while it was more melted than firm I did like it) and the waiter. She was really nice and got everything we needed as we asked. The cooks seem very worn out and tired. I hope they are alright.UPDATE: Bad news, I was right. It was severely undercooked. It's been less than an hour and my stomach hurts. I'll have to ask my partner how he is when I see him later but not having eaten anything but IHOP this morning I don't expect him to be much better. -_-We won't be coming back.

Extremely disappointed on how much this location has gone down I. Customer service after being seated from the hosts we can him him get our server Nester eating from a table across the room. Ok maybe he was on break after getting drinks, bring food, checking in everytime he would go back to the table and eat. The worst part was stuffing his face and watching him put on his mask to keep everyone healthy but never once did he wash his hands. His grease prints were on everything. He said he's allowed to sit and eat if his customers are fine.
