Overall, a great place that creates a fun dining atmosphere. The lack of utensils and plates only heighten the unusual experience. Then the food is delivered in a broil bag. Weird, then you open it and the goodness begins. We had sausage, corn on the cob, potatoes, shrimp, and crawdads. Basted in the hot and juicy sauce. Wow, that was fantastic, hence no pictures. The only reason for 4 stars fair service. Our server came to our table exactly 4 times. Once for drinks, once for order, once to check on our food and then the check. I really needed another drink, maybe dessert. Anyways, the place was very interesting and the food tasty. Definitely a place to revisit!
We come here more than I [personally] like to. The wait is always ridiculous, usually there is some error and someone ends up eating by themselves and what’s worse is the service is never great but we still come back because the family loves the food. Today Vanessa served us, this was the first time I can recall having good service here, ever. Vanessa is a fantastic waitress and she handled a sassy seven year old with a great smile and it was truly enjoyable. Thank you.
Saw this place while cruising around Westgate and decided we needed to eat there one night while we are visiting. Last night was the night! The waitress was helpful in describing the options to us. Their menu is all electronic via QR code. We went with The Drool with baby spice which fed three of us perfectly. The crawfish were a little daunting and we needed to ask for crackers to get into the larger crab legs. Would have liked those to have come with the meal to save our fingers.
Always a great experience at any Hot and Juicy location we go to. I really appreciate about H&J is you have an option of getting your fried catfish regular or Cajun seasoned. No other Cajun seafood place gives me that option. Those other places only offer catfish one way. Staff is always super friendly.
I’ve been here every last 3 Mondays! I love the cat fish and the raw oysters! And that sauce omg!!!!! I want crab legs too hopefully next time, cause I get full fast and I go in on a empty stomach! The wait is usually a hour but it’s soooooo worth it! See you guys Monday ?
I had my regular Shrimp Po Boy and fries, boring to most but good to me. My son in law and daughter had their regular Get Your Feet Wet absolutely awesome. You truly can eat the entire bag, so we save the leftovers for the next day.

waitress was constantly at the drink station but didn't refill our drinks, we waited 40 min no food. 3 other tables seated after us, were waited on, refilled drinks and food delivered. we were still waiting. we told her we were gonna pay for the drinks we did get n go and that's when she brought out one order said we still had to wait for the others, we paid for the drinks and left. she said she was going to speak to her manager before we paid and she didn't she went back to the drink station and filed it with ice n got others their drinks. managers had no idea of the situation. maybe she was overwhelmed or undertrained but it was not a nice experience.
I had the worst experience in your establishment and no one tried to really help with what happened. My sister, daughter, niece and I show up Sunday evening after having a volleyball tournament at the Cardinals Stadium all day. We all ordered food, 1.5 lbs shrimp head-on, lobster, corn, potatoes, fried shrimp, and I ordered the soft shell crab basket. After waiting for an hour all the food comes out but mine. The server says it will be right up. She brings out food that I did not order with tomatoes on it which I am allergic to. She then takes it back to the kitchen. Comes back to say the kitchen is now closed I can give you this food at a discount. I was extremely unhappy and alarmed. I just said I was allergic and why would I pay for something I didn't order. I asked for the manager and a Team Leader walks over per his badge and says he just found out about it and there is nothing to be done. The other people at the table wanted to give their food back considering I had nothing to eat. I didn't feel like we should all go home hungry. I believe this was a lack of caring about your patrons. Something should have been offered to accommodate the mistake your staff made. Trying to give me something I'm allergic to and asking me to pay for it was a lapse in judgement on your staff. The server admitted that she put in the wrong order and yet and still nothing. I am extremely disappointed in the staff and the way you do business. I am also not understanding why all the white customers around us recieved their food in a timely manner yet ours took an hour and we didn't complain once until I was told I get nothing to eat. I asked for the GM information and was given Gabby's email written on a piece of scrap paper. I am confused as to why I wasn't worth giving an actual card to either. This was the worst display of customer service I have ever been given. I can't say if this locations food is good or not because I had none. I can say the lack of service skills will always hinder their success.
